When we checked in we were put into our hotel room, by the pool, after trying to lock the balcony door, it didn't lock properly, we called the front desk they inspected it and said it was broken. They IMMEDIATELY without hesitation upgraded us for free to an aparthotel room a few floors up. Things I would note from my stay. Food 7.5/10 - The food was pretty average. If I was broke and had to eat the food every day I would and could've. Was decent enough wouldn't discredit it. Also traveled with 1 veggie and 1 vegan and they had options to eat things every day and like the food. Drinks 8/10 - If you did your research (which I suspect most people who stayed and reviewed here DIDN'T) there are 6 drinks per day 3 at lunch 3 at dinner. Sangria or Beer. enough to give you a little buzz. ALSO, people said you have to pay 1 euro for a cup, it was a ”rental” Once you returned the cup they gave you the euro back I don't know why people can't fathom it. We would buy drinks at the pool give them 5 euros and get it back after the cups were returned it was no big deal. Drinks at the pool were nice and cheap. There is a shop by the pool. The shop was big like a mini supermarket and you could get anything you needed from there. People complaining that they couldn't take cups to their room. BUY THE DRINKS FROM THE SHOP AND TAKE THEM TO YOUR ROOM. Shop closed at a reasonable time think it was around 8/9pm, very convenient for water, sun cream snacks, ice cream, Towels, vape etc. also a vending machine in the lobby if you were desperate. Pool 7/10- Yes the pool opened at 10 and closed at 7. I agree that its not the most convenient thing ever, but guess what the beach is less than a 10 min walk away, you want to lay out early then take yourself to the beach all day. They have shops near by with cheap drinks and food. Not like if you didnt get a sun lounger you wasnt gonna sunbathe for the rest of the day. Pool was lovely though if you was in/around there. Staff 10/10- They were SO LOVELY. People at reception, Helped us with our broken balcony door and upgraded us, We called and asked how to use the AC and they kindly assisted. Friends had accidentally tightened the band too tight and they happily assisted in cutting and giving a new one. We rented a car and they gave us a binder of options and helped us out. I paid and the car was parked in the car park opposite at the time they said it would be. We opted to rent towels, you give them 5 euros they give you a beach towel, when you return it they give you 5 euros back. We gave them back wet and sandy they smiled said thanks and never said a bad thing. When dining in the dining room, we had some really nice and friendly staff members come and take our plates away making sure everything was okay, and some general friendly chit-chat felt very friendly. the cooks were also very friendly and willing to help and talk to you if needed. Security guard who wandered at night was really nice and friendly, didn't let anyon

We haven't been to this hotel for a while and it was nice to see it has been refurbished recently. As before, to location is perfect for Magaluf or Palmanova. Price was also competative for the location and quality. Overall, our stay was pleasant, everything was clean and we would consider staying there in the future. As other reviewers have correctly said, the refurbishment hasn't included the airconditioning. Even though the room has a thermostats which you can set, in reality things are set by the hotel so expect a full day of running until the temprature gets down to a normal temprature. You can't go lower than about 25 degress in reality. The rooms now contain updated safes, but unfortunately there is a surcharge of 3 Euro per day to use this. Nearly every room has a fantastic sea view and has a balcony with sun throughout the day. Those who prefer the shade, may want to consider a different hotel for this reason. Talking of surcharges, in the resturant you will be charged for even water. To make matters worse, you are disturbed and reminded of this 3 times during you meal. The first time is to ask what you want to drink, the second to pour your drink and then a third to pay for the drink. Surely there has got to be a less annoying what to do this for both customers and staff? As others have mentioned, it would be good if the hotel focussed on reducing the amount of salt in there food. The staff work really hard in this hotel, and our room was serviced every single day. Reception staff were always helpful and staff in the resturant were fast to attend.

This is the first Jet2 package holiday we have been on. Usually there is a few things you could point out that could be improved/changed, however this holiday from start to finish was flawless. We were really, pleasantly stunned at how smoothly everything went, the efficiency of flights, transfers and the hotel. The hotel was the best part of all, absolutely stunning, could not be any better or cleaner. All staff were attentive, took time to speak to guests, the manager took time to engage with guests all staff were hardworking , always around cleaning up, friendly, mannerly and always willing to help. The atmosphere and environment was very relaxing and just what we were looking for. The interior has been throughly and carefully designed, with everything you could need considered. This is the same for the exterior. Being an adults only hotel, it really was the ultimate chill VIBE. 😎 and not a bunch of 18-30s running around drunk like we feared. We are only early 30’s! but still not the scene we were looking for! All guests were respectable adults who were considerate to others and there to relax too. The food was a huge factor too, it could not be faulted, always delicious, freshly prepared not sitting out already cooked/mass produced. Breakfast lunch and dinner had so much variety including a daily specials board that always had fantastic new options, we were able to try a great range of things, including the cocktails, they were amazing too. The night barmen always made any requests seem easy. At the pool bar during the day there was also unique flavours and daily coffee iced frappes went down a treat too. Shout out to the pool barman who was really lovely, friendly and fab at his job! ( and making amazing mango daiquiris/ pina coladas!) 🧉 The room and balcony/view were lovely, we had room 515 and the view over the pool, beach and sea was just gorgeous to watch the sunset and sunrise. It’s a very big comfortable bed. Again always clean and not a spot of dirt or dust anywhere. Not even the odd ants that you might expect abroad! The room had a mini fridge, which was very handy, a safe and easy to use working air con, you could adjust the temperature and how high or low you wanted the blast which was helpful to be able to lower it for during the night. Fresh towels every day and fresh bedding when needed. The shower was really big and powerful too. The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to two amazing beaches, less than a 5 min walk to each. With lots of water activities. Surrounded by bars and restaurants. Also lots of street food places or take aways which were also above the standard for a usual kebab pit stop! There was supermarkets, and a large spar 30 seconds from the hotel, plentiful pharmacies, medical clinic, coffee shops/bakeries, just anything you can possibly need. For a hotel close to the nightlife at the *****, we didn’t hear much at all in the wee hours! Unless on the balcony. Even then it was not disturbing i

Cons: - the room was tiny, definately not 20m2, we actually ended up storing out empty suitcases on the balcony, otherwise you couldn't move. - we got a room on the 6th floor with a balcony. The door to the balcony did not lock, not exactly safe or child friendly. - one wardrobe door was missing. The one that was still there would not slide unless if lifted a bit, but that nearly came off on top of me ( solid wood with full lenght mirror) - no drinking water in the room or on the premises after midnight. We arrived there close to midnight and we had to go looking for a shop to get water. - pool area overcrowded. We walked to the beach for most of our stay. Unless you were there reserving a seat 1st thing in the morning, you wouldn't get one. I read reviews that they were removing towels that were left unattended, well not during my stay. I know it was peak season, but this was something else. - big queues to most activities, you have to wait at least 3 or 4 times until you got it. I'm sorry, but queing for longer than the activity went on for is not really how i want to spend my holiday. Please bare in mind that this is a place were they sell daily passes too. We went to the splash park one day and there was some sort of school trip organised there so off we went to the beach again. - rooms are not sound proofed at all. There was a few families that were sitting in the bar each night till midnight, then they'd be coming up running, roaring and slamming doors, chase eachother on the corridor. I know you can't educate your clients, but I should be able to have a pieceful sleep. - drinks at the bar were pure muck. Some premade cocktails, way too sweet and some cheap beer. There's actually no point going all inclusive. - not enough chairs to attent evening entertainment. You couldn't stand as you were blocking other people's view. Pros: - the place did look nice through my daughter's eyes and she did enjoy her time there. - food was nothing amazing, but ok. Very little choice for a young child. She ate just pasta and fish fingers for 2 weeks while there. But I haven't had any raw food issues as i seen in some reviews here. The place was quite dated, definately not a 4* and totally overpriced. Would i go back? Definately not!

Great hotel on the beach. We had a room in the annex building with a balcony on the sea side. Neat room with nice bathroom. Breakfast was very extensive with a lot of choice. The beach side is beautiful, but it has the disadvantage that many young people can be heard in the early morning who end their night out on the beach. There is nothing the hotel can do about that, but it is useful to know. I suspect it will only be during high season. Swimming pool a bit small but lovely water. Just more than a great hotel. Oh yes: super service downstairs at the reception. The ladies speak 5 languages and are not afraid to arrange anything.
