What truly stood out was the amazing staff—they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. I couldn't have asked for better hospitality. We’ve been loyal guests at Amika for the past few years, and one of the main reasons we keep coming back is the exceptional hospitality, especially from Prasannakumar, the Assistant Front Office Manager. During our recent stay, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Prasannakumar’s customer service is truly outstanding. He was incredibly apologetic and responsive to even our minor feedback, ensuring that every concern was addressed immediately. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests made our stay all the more enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who consistently delivers such a high standard of service, and we are grateful for his dedication. Thanks to Prasannakumar and the wonderful team at Amika, we always feel welcomed and taken care of. This level of hospitality is exactly why we keep coming back year after year!

The hotel is ideally located close to the temple, which was a major reason for my choice. I selected GRT for their reputation, and they did not disappoint. Every interaction with the staff was exceptional. Chef Pathy stood out during dinner, being attentive to all guests and taking the time to engage with us personally. The rooms were well-maintained, with clean beds and fresh bottled water delivered daily. I prefer firmer pillows, and the hotel had just what I needed! Breakfast was a delightful feast, offering a wide variety of South Indian, North Indian, and continental options that we thoroughly enjoyed each morning. The restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the dining experience even better. Hot water availability at all times was a big plus. However, I felt the approach to the hotel could be improved, and the bathrooms could use some updating. Despite these minor points, the hotel offers excellent value for money overall.

The property is in a good location. The property is old but they are renovating the rooms just fine. The food is very good.

A few nights is good. Staff is helpful, responsive. Meet well, the workers are polite and kind. Beauty clean, in the room everything is, shower on the Indian manner (tropical shower, no hose). Photos in Google maps are true. Breakfast is local, but the stomach is not sick, the dishes are clean. There is a hotel next to the dining room where you can order neat dishes. Given that Madurai is a completely non-tourist place, you can advise a hotel for a quiet and safe stay.
