Staff was interested in money through different means like booking over priced auto, telling higher prices for food. They were not responsive as well.

Hotel did not change dirty uncleaned bedsheet ? Hotel name is Sree Madhura Residency and not what 'make my trip' is showing. Hotel provided dirty glasses and argued that they provide one towel and one bottle of mineral water in one room and refused to provide separate towels and separate bottles of mineral water. Staff was unfriendly ?

Very worst. I booked Sabari hotel and also pays only for that hotel, which looks like big hotel on the website. But alloted on very small and different hotel (Sri madurai hotel) which makes me more uncomfortable. Doesn't have a car parking there. Struggled to park my car safely.

Location was good. Otherwise cleanliness was not good, there was a full of dust in AC and room smelled like it was closed for long time. Average stay I can say.

Hotel is near Meenakshi Amman Temple.Rooms and washroom are clean.Staff is cooperative nd helpful.Good stay.

Hotel was dirty and uncomfortable. No ventilation in the room or in the bathroom. The staff were unfriendly and not helpful. The hotel name was also different from that one mentioned . Wouldn’t recommend at all.
