Room is okay to stay, on road property on the outskirts of madurai city. Very limited food menu option. A/c with no chilling capacity for the room 303. Noisy corridor bcoz of other guests. Water bottles selling at extra costs.

Room cleaning service is not good. Some people are not responsive. Lizards and soaps are not kept in the room every-time we need to ask

Comfortable stay and no disturbance. No restrictions. All the facilities are there. No need of going outside only disadvantage is have to travel more to reach this hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and a day. My trip is to attend a marriage reception held at vijay mahal attached with this hotel. First floor is the mahal. Second floor is dinning for hall. Third floor is the said hotel. I have met a very bad experience in entering into the hotel with my car. There is no separate entry for the hotel. While enquiring the hotel for entry, they advice d me to park my car in the front side highway road, and advice me to park my car in the hotel parking after the function is over. Because of no otherway, i have to park my car in the said roadside in the space available some half a kilometre away. This is my very bad experience. The rent is very high for this hotel's location. There is no even a water bottle as complementary. There is no roomboys to bring the luggages and for my check in too. The food was charged costly. No complementary breakfast for the rent charged.
