Pros: 1. Rooms have individual (separate) giezers fitted, because of which the guests can take bath whenever they want. 2. The cupboard is provided so that the guests can keep their luggage. Cons: 1. The bathroom is very small. The wash basin inside the bathroom is even smaller that the tap water spills outside the wash basin. 2. The noise from other rooms and common passage are loudly audible inside the room. This disturbs your sleep as the other room guests watch TV or mobile in their room the whole night. Moreover, the bike keeps moving on the same common passage, which also disturbs your sleep. 3. AC makes weird noise in room No.102. 4. There is no standing mirror in the room to dress up. 5. Mosquitos are more in the rooms and no mosquito repellent coil is provided. 6. The giezers in the bathroom are instant 3 liter ones, which are not sufficient to take a bath. 7. No intercom to call the room service. 8. Cockroaches are there in the room. 9. Pillows are dirty and not washed ones 10. There is no mirror inside the bathroom. Guests have to do shaving in the room itself.
