We would not recommend this hotel at all.
We didn’t have a comfortable stay at the hotel , especially because of the hygiene in the room.
The washrooms were not cleaned properly and the rooms are not cleaned and maintained. Don’t go by the photos or the looks of the hotel, the rooms are very dirty. The bed sheets , pillow covers none of them felt they were washed and changed after the previous customer, there were left over hair and some gross stuff in the sink as well.
Amenities including towels were not provided, we had to call them and ask them for everything.
This was the worst hotel stay of my entire life.
For the price that they charge it’s 4 times you are paying for a cheap motel.
The only thing that was good about the hotel was the staff, they were nice and responsive.

We had booked a room at this Hotel for Aug 19th on the Hotel's website and had paid an advance of Rs.1000. We had an email confirmation received for our booking also. However, on arriving at the Hotel on 19th, we were informed that they cannot give us a room because of some ongoing event in Madurai. Not only that, till date, they have not refunded the booking advance despite emails and phone calls. However, I am grateful to one gentle*** at the Hotel who was kind enough to point us to another alternate Hotel which had a room available where we could stay that night. If they had constraints for which they were canceling our reservation, they could have easily informed us on phone or email they won't be able to honour the reservation and should have returned the booking advance. Clearly, the Hotel does not think either one is necessary.

If you’re looking for a clean hotel, this is not it. Even the headboard had a layer of grime. Sheets were dirty and even had holes. Hand prints or dirty water marks on every reflective surface. It seemed like they cleaned the room with perfume. The dark hallways at night gave an abandoned mall vibe. My colleagues had mosquitoes in their rooms, thankfully the AC did blow cold. Wifi worked in the evening on my mobile, but no laptops could connect do to a wifi setting they could not resolve. I would not recommend. Also, no swimming pool.

This was an unpleasant experience at La Vivanta. I booked this hotel and received confirmation. When went to check in the hotel staff refused to let me stay due to no availability. Kept arguing that they have no rooms available. And 1 more point to add is he did mention that some local politicians have booked the rooms and it's full. So I assume my booking was not entertained as they have provided all the rooms to them. Whn I wanted to speak to the ***ager, the unprofessional ***ager hung up the call without even listening to me. And the staff said the ***ager must be sleeping that's why he cut the call. Seriously? Is this how a guest will be treated? In the middle of the night had to go and look for another hotel. Totally unprofessional and completely terrible experience with the ***agement.

Very worst bathrooms... Stained,old bath fittings...Rail or busstand Health faucets are better...Worst room service...AC are leaking...Complimentary breakfast is closed by 9:30am itself...But restaurant is open till 10:30 am...Not even cleaning the common areas daily...Prev night dinner parcel bags were lying near door till 2pm next day... Charges are exorbitant like 3-4 star category BUT it's not even worth one star... Name is only modern La but facilities are LOW... Hate the unforgettable stay

No comfort stay in reception full of mosquitoes I pity on reception person. Need more intervention to correct the issues. The toilets are not clean as well taps are not working. Totaly upset what my opinon

Rooms are neat. Light decorations are good. Bell Boy Service is good. Room Service and house keeping service is excellent. Restuarant food is excellent. Front Office Team coordinated well and friendly
