The hotel was not good and so are the staff. Even hot water is not coming in the room. Also the condition of the lift is more worst.

Rooms were clean and linen also clean. Hygiene was maintained in room and washroom as well. Staff good and courteous. Check in was quick. Breakfast was good. Point to improve The hotel needs to work on maintenance of outareas rest was good..

We booked for four bedroom family room but got studio room with one extra bed. Hotel management mentioned that they dont have four bedroom room.

Stay was good but the restaurant and food service was bad. More than half of the items in the menu were not available. We placed our order 8:45 pm and they told at 10 pm that they don't have paneer available. They should either inform us earlier we should not have waited that long for dinner. Stay was okay. Rooms are big and clean. Bathroom was bit dirty

It was a nice stay when our family visited this property and we make this review with the staff's approval. Room was good food was delicious and the amenities were good and they gave two Aquafina bottles free. The hotel itself was neat and tidy. Thans to each and every one

Pathetic experience. While the restaurant is in the hotel but they will still charge additional 10% of us order something at your room and this is over and above gst which is being charged. Secondly, they don’t communicate any change. I was there from 17th till 20th april. 19th was election day and the restaurant was closed without any prior notice communication. When asked the people at the reception was rude.

Horrible experience, full of bed bugs on the bed and too much of mosquitoes, couldn't get 1hour sleep, it is not recommended to stay
