Terrible hotel. Surprised that MMT gives them 3 star. No managment. Food not avilable for breakfast. After aaking they gave only dhosa and sambhar…even they didnt give water to us. Never ever found such a terrible stay. BIG Zero to this hotel Suggestion to MMT : Dont downgrade your reputation by addding this kind of hotel to your list.

No coffe or tea option inside room and there is no kettle for hot water. Room was big and we need to raise request every time to reception for all things and nothing inside room

stay was average. Room service and customer service was not up to the mark. Bathroom facilities were not standard. The complimentary breakfast was not at all .

On 12th April 25 checked in this hotel for 1 night stay, since I had a work near by Anna nagar Madurai, due to weekend day's, most of the near by hotels all are sold out, I myself forcefully choosen this hotel. No proper car parking will have a park in the open area on the road but security is available, Linen are cleaned. TV not working, dirty bathroom, dirty mirror, many hairs in the bathroom, sink no water, many cobweb in the room. Cleanliness 0 level, worst. Due to ongoing metro kind of unorganized area, but in the future it will be a great place to stay, if the management look into these issues and with a strong leader.

Property looks old and have not been upgraded. Rooms do not have basic amenities like hot water kettle, tea, coffee etc. Exhaust fan is not available at the bathroom. Limited food items for breakfast
