Worst service, they said free wifi, no wifi service provided and washrooms are not properly cleaned , even bedsheets have hair follicles , doors are unable to open due to technical connectivity. Issue was not resolved for opening door we have to call staff everytime deserve o star rating

Worst hotel. No WIFI, No AC's working, No water bottle, Tap water provided saying RO water, Rooms stinking, Fans slow.. Not a single thing which we liked. Don't ever stay in this hotel, total waste of money. No staff for housekeeping, No room service.

Hotel is worst, not provide hot water for bath in the morning at 5.00 am as per our request. Also no cleaness, no drinking water, blanket. In the morning 6.00 am lift is not working. We are get down from 5th floor *****with our luggage by staircase. Staff are not cooperative.

It was a horrible experience. Very dusty room, broken switches and bulbs. On top of that rude behaviour of the person at the reception (One Mr. Badusha).
No room service, houeskeeping does not attend to calls.
Pathetic service.

Bedsheets are very dirty ...... also service is very slow Everything charge extra . Shower is not working properly hopeless hotel ..... staff is very rude not understand anything at once ......I had very very poor experince in this hotel I never hadd such a bad experince in my life ..

1/5 rating very very disgusting experience! Poor ***agement, torn bedsheets , dirty floor ,dirty bed, chairs and tables full of dust! Cheap service ! Extra charges for each and every thing ! WI-FI doesn’t work properly actually it doesn’t work at all! Terrible experience in short . I would strongly advise you guys not to stay here

we have a very bad experience in this hotel...they provide us room in 4th floor and the sensors of room lock is not working.. again and again we have to go down and tell them to check...like we tiredly ce back from temple and the room service is zero...rest of it the staff is so RUDE to us...I'll highly request plz never stay at this hotel
