Very terrible experience, asking money for free breakfast, not ready to listen, very bad experience, says we don't provide free breakfast booked from make my trip. Com, i will never book from mm t will go with other option

The stay was comfortable and the room was spacious. Staff were courteous. Due to solar heating system, the water heaters output was very mild. The restaurant is clean and the food is relatively good. Overall good to stay

1. Basement car parking is neat has enough space to park 5 cars and 10-15 bikes. 2. It is located near to the temple. 3. Paid rickshaws available, to go to temple. 4. Hotel rooms are clean 24hrs hot water is available. 5. Staffs are very courteous and directed us well both for darshanam and veg restaurants. 6. It was trouble free stay for us

Stay was ok. But inspite of requesting 1 hr early check-in, both personally as well as in advance through booking and telephonic conversation, we needed to wait until 12 pm. Not even 1 room was made available out of 6 rooms booked. We had old age people with us. Not even half an hour before the rooms were made available for us despite being requested. Ac was not cooling effectively in few rooms.

Room cleanliness was bad, bedsheet was dirty. The reception made us walk 1km all the way to the atm for cash the staff was not accepting digital payment.
