Sterling V Grand Madurai

Good hôtel for a family stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The tap at the bathroom was faulty. The place was quite close to the bis stand and shopping centres like Saravana stores

Everything was great from check-in to morning breakfast, rooms were cozy and sparkle clean.

Front office staffs was very attentive and the coffee house staffs as well

Sterling V Grand Madurai was a disappointing stay overall. The biggest issue is hygiene. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was visibly dirty, which immediately set a bad tone. The swimming pool was not operational due to no water, which was another letdown. The snooker table is only for display and not usable, so that’s misleading. The only positive takeaway is the staff. They were genuinely friendly and helpful. Sadly, good service alone cannot make up for poor cleanliness and non-functional amenities. Wouldn’t recommend unless major improvements are made.

Very nice experience. Very nice rooms, well maintained facilities. The breakfast was on-point, service by Ms. Priya and the rest of the team was delightful.
