Hotel New College House

I had variety of choices, but chose this one as I had to go to the temple next day early in the morning. the rooms were very clean, bathrooms were top notch. The food options near the hotel are good /excellent I would say. The cost was excellent, the suggestion from the staff for a Non AC room was great instead of suggesting me AC rooms.

The checkin and checkout process was quick and smooth. But i feel the accommodation is not over priced at 1400 for an overnight stay.

The rooms and beds are in pathetic condition. The rest rooms are unclean. We booked an ac room with 4 beds and with just one old ac, the room was not cool and it felt as if it was a non-ac room. No proper response from staff. For two days of our stay, the rooms weren’t cleaned. Despite asking for towels, we were not given. The charge is like a 3 star hotel but the facilities are like a non rated hotel or lodge. I asked for a wheel chair for my mom. I did not get any and they did not care to org-anise one. Horrible breakfast which is complimentary. I would not recommend this to anyone. I choose this based on the popularity it had years back. Costly mistake as it ruined my experience of my favorite city.
