The hotel is located in walkable dustance from madurai railway station. Annameenakshi veg restaurant is attached in this hotel. Free breakfast has lots of southindian tiffin varieties. Meenakshi amman temple is 1. 5 kms from the hotel. We can get transport facility easily in this location.

The rooms and beds are in pathetic condition. The rest rooms are unclean. We booked an ac room with 4 beds and with just one old ac, the room was not cool and it felt as if it was a non-ac room. No proper response from staff. For two days of our stay, the rooms weren’t cleaned. Despite asking for towels, we were not given. The charge is like a 3 star hotel but the facilities are like a non rated hotel or lodge. I asked for a wheel chair for my mom. I did not get any and they did not care to org-anise one. Horrible breakfast which is complimentary. I would not recommend this to anyone. I choose this based on the popularity it had years back. Costly mistake as it ruined my experience of my favorite city.

I booked for aircondition room, with 4 occupants. They have given a room where the a. C. Was not working. I spoke to them b get it transferred to another room. I noticed all the a. Cs are old one. They have not updated.

Initially a room without a mobile charger point was provided. In that room a noisy old window ac was installed. After our request at late a better room was allotted. It should have been done at the earlier allotment itself. All the for persons are senior citizens and one person is >75 years old.

Neatly maintained. Charges are normal good reception and it is centrally located, easy to travel. All types of rooms are available. Overall good and i enjoyed stay

Very adorable response and questioned me rudely, like who asked you to book. Customer satisfaction is 0. The bathroom was very annoying. The intercom is not working. Received a message in some other's name, when asked in reception about this, the lady answered in an unresponsive way. What is mentioned on the facilities available was not provided like a dressing room, balcony etc. We used to stay with family from 2006 but previously the person in reception was quite good and friendly. Something is missing on the whole. Cleanliness can be improved. Not as in the older day stays.

College house is comfortable stay for family with car parking facility. Very good vegetarian restaurant inside the hotel. And complimentary breakfast provided by hotels which is also good. Travel desk is also available for nearest tours. Staffs and front office management is very friendly.

Very near to madurai junction hotel staff are concerned about our health before we arrive our medicine were ready in reception counter. City bus stop is near by to go to mgr bus centre
room is neat and clean i can recommend toy friends. Okay i will do it once i come back from rameshvaram now i am in a bus towards rameshvaram i will be back today evening p. Please
