Mmr Gardens

Location was ok. We had a great welcome and we’re allowed to join in the pongal ceremony which was happening when we arrived. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi was good but we had to keep logging in. No hot water. Great restaurants nearby. Breakfast was horrible and restaurant staff were rude. Price of taxi to the airport was a joke. Said 500rs then on the day it changed to 900rs and then when we arrived at the airport they said 1000rs.

Stayed back in 2016 when the hotel was new. Expecting the same we booked again. Sadly the hotel is in a bad condition now. Lift under repair we had to use the service lift which was used by staff for groceries, garbage and laundry. No bell boy to help with luggage. Rooms in very dilapidated state. Bathrooms in need of deep cleaning. Fixtures to be fixed. Bed linen to be revamped. Is attached to a restaurant (Anjappar) so lunch and dinner is convenient, breakfast is included with the room and served as a basic buffet with fixed menu and no add ons. Parking for about 10 cars is available.

Cleanliness is totally out, floor mat so dirty, bed sheets bad smells, totally very bad condition Breakfast food is totally out , no taste at all , will never come back here again, customer service very poor

It was great celebrating my brothers sons first year birthday . Great fun great food great love and kindness.from JC staff ...Ramkumar a particular sales staff was outstanding ..he marketed,. he Organised the event and till the end made sure everything went right...looking forward to host our ***y family events there ....

It is excellent for 3 ppl in a family and the rooms are very spacious and the service is very good and that price is worthy for this hotel and don't book near the temple there is lack of car parking I recommend this hotel

We had an amazing welcome as they were celebrating Pongal and I was invited to take part. I was very honoured. The room was nice, roomy and clean. The bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi was ok. Unfortunately there was no hot water although we did have a kettle and used this to wash as there were no cups or tea and coffee so I assume it’s to heat he water. Breakfast was awful and staff were rude. Also we were overcharged with our airport transfer. It said on our booking 650. We we’re told 500. Then on the morning they changed it to 900. Then when we got there they tried to charge us 1000

We had checked in at 8.30 am. And went to resturant for breakfast. Mr. Unnasan hotel ***ager denied even if we were willing to pay he said u will have to order it in your room he will not serve tea here. We were allotted rooms on 5 floor and lift was not working in a group of 13 person there were 4 senior citizens and had 2 small kids. It was a harrasment we all had to climb 6 floor. We ordered tea and coffee in room for 2 cups only 3 pouch containing 5gms sugar was provided on asking for more sugar the room service guy named Krishna denied. I went and complained the front desk ***ager Kumaram and ********* they were rude at taking and said we don't give extra sugar even if u are ready to pay. I think since the ***agement needs to look into this as it's employee are spoiling image of MMR Group. We had checked in on 28 Nov 2022 booking done by South Tourism our travel agent

It was a nice stay, rooms where really good with centralized AC, Nice view on the 9th floor. Breakfast options are limited but really nice. I would suggest this hotel to everyone. Pleasant Stay. Car parking also limited but they have both covered and un covered parking.
