I found this hostel from mm t great service and staff good stay overall good one. It could have been some more cheaper price but it's alright

it's a very cheap hotel, since was booking through makemyyrip was confident to br good but disappointed. the rooms were stinging bad due to drainage, water was always leaking..used bedsheets , rooms not broomed at all, no house keeping ...it's not for family and friends..it's a lodge

Good accommodation room was good to stay provided breakfast it was good

No car parking and rooms are very dirty so i didn't stay there i booked another hotel same date and hotel owner don't refund my amount

Positive: good location; good airconditioner negative: poor housekeeping; indifferent attitude by staff; toilet not washed properly; shower not working; bed dirty: no towels & soap provided. Rate too high such a poor quality accommodation

I had a misfortune of staying at HOTEL MSP GRAND INN madurai their website ,the hotel apperance and room was promising,to my surprise the amenities fell short of my expectations. We had booked 3 rooms for my family ,my parents and my sister on 15 Sept 2024 They don't have their own parking and they are least bothered about providing the same.We have to park our car on the side of busy road at our own risk. Reception is at 2nd floor, we have to use a cramped elevator which has twin door . We have to request their staff to assist taking the luggage from our car. Reception area and passage leading to rooms are congested. Worst part of the room is toilet. All the 3toilets were cheap graded , leaky sanitary fittings, damaged mirror, ac drain connected to toilet floor, one of the toilet even shown the plumbing patches . In my wardrobe they had kept left over blankets, pillows etc. Extra bed was kept on the passage. For this extra bed ,they said they will charge extra 300- If you are planning to visit Madurai don't ever dare book rooms in this hotel for your family. I pathetic rooms, which seems to be inhumane. The two plus point is the location, and they breakfast they served. To add with this , the break fast they served seems to be ordered via online food delivery app. Regards Amjath

Good hot water was not upto mark. A part of this remaining evening thing was good.

Good service we have good experience in this hotel good hospitality nice staffs frdly persons near thr keen achieve temple room are neat and good positive place.we stay 3 day in this hotel me and fam really thought good joyful. Next I will madurai confirm I am coming this hotel
