Great location, amazing rooftop views. Very simple gym and small pool - but useful on a hot day!

The hotel location is more than excellent, right in the middle of Gran Via, the Main Street In Madrid.the hospitality is very warm and sincere. The gentleman in the reception gave me an early check in when he knew I was flying over night. Jo, I hope the name is correct , was looking after my luggage, he’s a very friendly person. The room was very comfortable and modern , the breakfast was amazing . Simply everything was more than perfect and I highly recommend it and will stay in it next time in Madrid

The location is very convinient as it is close to the Gran Via metro station. However, the room is a bit small for two persons, providing that we had two luggages. Also, the facilities is a bit old. The receptionists were super friendly and warmly remind us about the traffic conditions during the weekend.
