Worst hotel experience in my life 1. I had just checked in in the afternoon and was sleeping. Suddenly a man knocked on the door and came in before I could react. 2. I was given an elevator room on the third floor. After negotiating for a different one, I was given an elevator room on the second floor. What's even more outrageous is that the power in the room is cut off every half hour. 3. After applying for a refund, the manager kept deliberately saying that he had not received it. Instead of checking out, I was told that I would be getting a room upgrade, but in the end I was given an identical room type on a high floor. On the surface, he may be polite to you, but his behavior is actually very mean. 4. The manager pretended that he had not received the refund application and asked us to wait in the guest room. During this period, he sent a female waitress to deliberately harass us. She knocked on the doors of both our rooms and opened the door and told you that we do not need room service. Bar 5. The attitude from the manager to the front desk was extremely bad, and in the end no refund was given for check-out. We don’t want to live there anymore, and we don’t want to get our money back. As a result, he didn't say a word during the entire check-out process, not even the slightest apology. 6. There was no service during the whole check-in process, and there was no help with carrying our luggage. We were even asked to find it ourselves and take it upstairs after we had stored it. 7. Switched to Hyatt, the service is much more normal. Will never stay at Hilton Canopy again

I really like it. First of all, the location is very good. Public transportation is also convenient. Shopping and eating around are very convenient. British companies are within walking distance. The hotel is clean and trendy, and the red color is very eye-catching. The front desk staff were courteous and the processing speed was fast. The elevator required swiping a card. The room was large enough, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was large, clean and tidy, the shower water pressure was sufficient, and there was a hair dryer and an iron. You need to swipe your card to enter the tenth-floor gym and swimming pool. The swimming pool service staff are very enthusiastic. I had dinner at the restaurant on the right side of the hotel entrance. It was delicious. The service in the restaurant was also very good. The price was not much different from our restaurant. A great experience, I slept very comfortably these two nights.
