Amazing location! 2 blocks to TWO if the best chocolaterias in town (1902 I could see from my window!), 5 mins to the Market San Miguel, 5
Mins to the plaza, 7 mins to the grand vie, 12 -16 mins to the Palace and inter opposite direction the fountain Cibeles. 18-20 mins to La reins Sophia. Very clean with good air conditioning! Did not do hotel breakfast so can’t comment on that (18 euro if not included… so
Either have it included or just go get a cappuccino and chocolate churros around the corner

Because we did not choose to bring children when we booked the room, we only chose 2 adults. When we checked in, we were charged an extra 60 euros, and then they changed us to a larger room. There are 2 toilets. Apart from being expensive, there is nothing wrong with it.

This room is really small and has no windows. It’s not worth the price at all. It’s a **** if it’s smaller. Apart from the location, I really don’t recommend booking this room.

The air conditioner is too weak. The water pressure is also weak. There is a mini bar, but water is charged. It seems like a good place to stay except for water and water pressure.

Excellent location, close to everything Madrid is all about. if room faces Calle Arenal, it can get a little noisy on weekend nights. Overall a great property at a great location.

Remarkable hospitality. We arrived around 9:30 and were given a room right away, though officially our stay began at 3:00pm. The room had a glass enclosed balcony overlooking one of the streets with the most colorful decorations in Madrid. The hotel was nicely decorated for the Christmas season. We were brought an orange juice each, gratis, when we arrived on our second stay. Excellent staff, a very well run place.
A word of advice: if you arrive from the airport, make sure at the airport that the taxi takes you right to the hotel., or you may have to roll your luggage on pedestrian streets for half a mile. There are plenty of ways of driving to the hotel

We absolutely loved this hotel for our 3 day break! The reception staff are really lovely and helpful.
The room itself is really modern and to a good standard of cleanliness. There are many amenities provided which made our trip easier (the hair dryer is really powerful & good so don’t bother bringing your own!).
The best thing about this hotel is the location - everything we did in Madrid was within walking distance and this hotel is in the perfect location with many popular restaurants, cafes and famous landmarks all local, so we spent no money on public transport!
We will definitely be staying again on our next trip to Madrid - to the hotel staff “Muchas gracias”.

This was an incredible place to stay. Located in the heart of Madrid, it was a convenient place to start exploring the city. The staff was wonderful, and the rooms were perfect. We will be back!

Great location, but the room was poorly designed with glass walls for the bathroom. The bathroom is right next to the bed, so you can see the other person showering and it lights up the room when the other person goes to the bathroom at night. The shower drain was poorly designed so that water would flood the shower and bathroom floors.
