Great hotel! Very close to Gran Via and lots of restaurants and shops. I felt very safe staying there and the hotel staff was very nice.

Wonderful! This hotel is close to everything, we walked everywhere. We had to take metro to Atocha train station and It was only a few steps away. The room with. Balcony was very spacious and great shower. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Will be back soon

Not sure if it was an exception, but the bathroom of our room (on the 3rd floor) was nothing like the pictures.
It was very dark, with an old bathtub. Also, the bed was very hard and not comfortable at all.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, cafes and lots of tourist attractions like the Palace. Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. Room small but has everything you need and was clean. Only do breakfast but this had lots of different choices, hot and cold. Metro 1 minute away and doesn’t take too long to the airport. Would definitely recommend for a weekend visit to Madrid.

Location of this hotel is great. It lacks some of the amenities that I found in other hotels in Spain, including a mini-fridge. The air conditioning didn't work and the location above a busy street means that one cannot leave the window open. The beds were too hard and not comfortable.

Excellent location in the center of the city.Easy walking distancebto attractions. The facility is out of date, but comfortable in general. Very friendly staff.
