This hotel is really great. When the plug adapter broke, the front desk immediately borrowed one for free. The location is very good, not far from the subway. The room is very clean, the environment is very quiet, and there is a small courtyard to enjoy. I am very satisfied

Clean and nice family room but too small for a family of 4 (2 adults 2 teenagers). Very good breakfast buffet with lots of choice and quality.
Hotel very well located allowing access to the main centers of interest on foot (Prado 20 minutes walk, palace 10 minutes, city center and shopping streets right next door).
Hotel parking impractical but public parking less than 2 minutes walk from the hotel and also cheaper than at the hotel)
Only downside very poor sound insulation between the rooms and the hotel with a lot of traffic.

Great property. Only one issue, I was given a room on 6th floor with no AC. They moved us to the 3rd floor

The Hotel has an amazing location. The rooms are very beautiful and clean! We had only 2,3 problems in the room(safe, water outside the duche etc) but they came to repair it.

The value for the money is great. The location, in a side hidden corner off the Gran Via, very close to Plaza Espania is perfect. Walking distance to a majority of the Madrid attractions, close to the Metro, and to the shopping centers.
We recommend it with all our heart.

Beautiful hotel! Spacious lobby and they had a live pianist that was excellent. Nice spacious room with big bathroom, spotless. Very well located. Excellent breakfast (ni it included but it was worth the 16 euros). Has a bar. It was a perfect end to our stay in Spain.
