Atocha Hotel Madrid, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The hotel's location is super convenient; we could walk to the three major museums, and there were 2-3 small supermarkets right outside. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly, and the room was cleaned well. There's a coffee capsule machine, and the room size was spacious enough for our family of three without feeling cramped. The only issue was the sofa bed; it's clearly been used for too long as there's a huge dip in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on.

The hotel's location is great, very close to Atocha train station, the Prado Museum, and Retiro Park. The environment is nice and clean. The bathroom fan and light are on the same switch, which is a bit noisy. The welcome drink is not complimentary and costs 15 euros. Overall, it's a good place.

The environment and hygiene were quite good. It's more of an apartment-style hotel, very suitable for families, and the room was spacious. It's within walking distance to the Prado Museum and the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. The front desk can store luggage, but there's a flight of stairs at the entrance, so you'll have to carry your luggage up yourself. The breakfast variety was average.

The triple room was very spacious, and the master bedroom even had a balcony. It's not far from the train station, making for a very comfortable stay.

The hotel boasts a great environment and an excellent location, with top-notch service and professional reception staff.

The rooms were nice and the facilities quite new. The only snag was the extremely strict check-in policy; they wouldn't release the room until exactly 3 PM, despite the hotel TV displaying 'check-in time 2pm'. This felt a bit contradictory.
