Location great, receptionist was polite and pleasant . The cleaning was excellent 🤩

The hotel is on the first floor. The lobby is on the 0th floor. There is an elevator. The room is very small and not soundproof at all. It was very noisy at 6 or 7 in the morning. I couldn't sleep well at all. The location is very good. The front desk gets off work at 12:30 at night. You have to check in before this time. Before check-in, they will send an email to confirm your passport, which is troublesome. If you don't want to save some money, there is no need to stay here.

The location is great. When you walk out onto the main road, you will find Gran Via, and at the intersection is the Real Madrid souvenir shop. The staff are very friendly and can store your luggage for free until 6pm after check-out👍🏻

The location was close to the city center and easy to get around. It was clean and comfortable.

The location is perfect. A street on Gran Vía. The only annoying thing is that to check in if there is no one at the door you wait a long time. The rest is perfect. Clean environment, very good service!
