This is a five star hostel. It’s in a prime location, near puerta del Sol, churrería 1902 is just around the corner and El Corte inglés too. The beds are comfortables and the rooms have a pleasant temperature. The best part is that they offer a safe for free and it made my stay much better as I was able to leave my passport and electronics in it. You need to bring your own padlock or pay €8 in the reception to close the locker you’re assigned. The only downside is that the beds don’t have a curtain and one of the guests snored all night so I couldn’t sleep that night.

Stayed for a week in an 8 bed dorm as a solo traveller and it was excellent! Staff were really friendly and helpful even at 5am. Accommodation was comfortable and clean with good pillows and thick curtains for a good night sleep. Air con worked amazing so didn't get too hot despite it being 25C outside at night. It was also great to have a toilet, shower and sinks in the dorm so it was only split between the 8. Location of the hostel is great, can walk to pretty much everything (15 mins to the Palace, 10 mins to Plaza, 20 minutes to Museums). Would easily recommend to everyone!

This is a nice modern hotel. It’s easy to get to from the metro and airport. It’s only a 30 minute metro into the centre of Madrid from the hotel. The room was good, only problem was the pillows were a bit thin and the window was difficult to keep open unless you wedged something in there but they’re only very minor issues and I was happily stay here again.

Being a full-time traveler who has visited more than 200 countries and territories over the last 14 years I have stayed in countless hotels around the world. Occasionally, my brother, who has epilepsy, joins me when there’s no one else to look after him. During these trips, there have been challenging moments when he had seizures. Typically, hotel staff assist by calling paramedics, but the staff at Hotel Chamartin the One have been exceptional. Special mention to receptionist Lara and her manager Oscar who personally checked on us in our room, brought us water, and even provided medicine for the wound my brother sustained from a fall during a seizure. Both of them were simply amazing. THANK once again Lara and Oscar. This hotel will undoubtedly be my first choice if visit Madrid again

Ok so after reading reviews on here and on booking website it was mixed reviews I was worried and not I booked the room for £49.52 inc breakfast we was only here for one night we got a taxi from the airport to vertice roomspace it cost around €46 u can get a train however we weren’t sure where the train would stop the taxi driver didn’t know where the hotel was and stopped to ask for directions checked in fine receptionist was lovely and helpful u can pay additional for breakfast at €7 each if u didn’t book b&b the room well what can I say it’s basic I had to laugh literally a bed tv wardrobe and a desk air con didn’t work but it was cold anyway but if u come here in the summer u may wanna make sure it works the bathroom was small and the shower well u couldn’t swing a cat!!! I asked for another blanket as we were cold and they brought us one in madrid city centre isn’t far got the train which was €4.40 for x2 adults one way however cause we didn’t know how to use the ticket machine we ended up with a single so had to buy another to get bck u need the C3 line which takes u to sol which is the city centre bare in mind when u buy a ticket it only accepts card not cash but the main stations accept cash literally a 20-30 min train ride overall the hotel is ok for 1 night anymore than that I would choose something else Breakfast was standard the hot food scrambled egg sausages and bacon didn’t look every warm so didn’t touch that the breakfast was ok continental style I’ve had better breakfast else where in all honestly for 1 night it was fine the bed was comfy only thing is another pillow and another blanket and it would have been good Downstairs there is a little break room with vending machines to get food and also microwaves which I thought was a nice little touch

It was a very pleasant stay. It is close to Plenilunio Mall, about 7 minutes walking, also close to the airport. It is located in a quiet area. To be able to cook in the aprtment you need to make a deposit of 20 euros. Overall satisfied with the experience and the price

We had to be in the Getafe neighbourhood for a few days, so B&B Hotel was an excellent choice for us. Especially given the fact that we had previously just stayed at a Getafe hotel with a less than ideal location. B&B was more centrally located; directly opposite a sizeable Lidl Supermarket, close to a bus stop, several restaurants and within about 10/15 minutes walking distance to the Getafe Central Metro Station. This made it quite convenient and just perfect for us.👍🏽 As I customarily do for my reviews, I'll divvy this up into the 'Positives' and 'Negatives'. PROS: Upon check-in, (and for an extension), we met PATRICIA. Patricia was a jovial, delightful woman who ensured a smooth, hitch-free process. Another staffer we encountered, (for yet another extension of our booking), was CRISTINA GÓMEZ. Christina was just as kind and pleasant. We had a nice chat with her. At check-out, MÓNICA SÁNCHEZ was also an absolute joy to interact with. So as you can see, service at B&B Hotel is absolutely fabulous! Every hotel employee we encountered was 100% professional, so B&B deserves tops marks for exemplary service! 👌🏽 I have no complaints whatsoever about the service that was provided at B&B Hotel, Getafe. We were informed about breakfast in the lobby for an additional fee of 8.50 Euros per person. Unfortunately we were so busy, we didn't get to try B&B Hotel's breakfast during our stay, but I must stay that it looked disappointing when we caught a glimpse of it on our way out one morning. The breakfast was mostly comprised of Breads, Pastries, Frittatas, Cold Meats, Fresh Fruit, Yogurts, Juices, Teas and Coffees. They say 'never judge a book by it's cover', but it just didn't look interesting enough for us to bother trying. I liked the deep blue colored walls, geometric signs/symbols, and a wall with 16 bold paintings hung close to each other by the seating/breakfast area. This is at the Lobby/Reception area. The B&B hotel logo was casually designed with chalk on what looked like a black board. Other written messages on the Reception/Lobby walls were 'smart peope sleep better', 'one cup of free coffee is always a good idea', 'embrace it', 'we have a great connection'- (in reference to the WiFi). This was done in white writing, with a simple font format. There was an actual bike mounted on an exterior wall. Refer to my pictures of it. It was really cool! 🚲 😎 The Reception area was basically 2 black stand alone high desks that housed the computers for processing check-ins and check-outs. These were rather unique. The 'come lift me up' and 'take me down' on the elevators/lifts was my favorite! 😍 Please refer to my posted pictures to see what I mean. The whole place had a cartoony, Pop-Art quality to it that was very appealing to the eye. It was all very fun and funky. 👍🏽 The lobby had a standing fridge with Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chewing Gum, a variety of Sandwiches, Fruit Juices, Energy Drinks, Beer, Carbonated Sodas and Water. The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, just what we needed Normal buffet breakfast, coffee/juice machine, pastries: Neapolitan/croissants/cake, some fruit, jam and huntable cocoa Our arrival was late, they do not offer dinner service or sandwich options, they have a vending machine but it was broken, the products were stuck and did not come out, they have another coffee/chocolate machine that was the only dinner option The room is fair, next to the bed a sink to wash your hands and a shower, the door did not close completely, so the water came out... the toilet is independent. It has hand soap and shower gel Comfortable bed, only one pillow for each person, flat television on the wall and a window to the outside that cannot be opened completely since it has a stop The room does not have USB plugs

I felt like I was in some low budget Almodovar movie. The staff here were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant left a lot to be desired (and know that there isn't anywhere else you can go from here on foot due to there being no footpaths out of this god foresaken business park). However, again, restaurant staff very accommodating. Not their fault the food was poor quality. The room was very clean, but stank of cigarette smoke coming through the vent in the bathroom. Could hear other people in their rooms making lots of noise until very late. Bad night's sleep. In the foyer young guys were going outside at night to smoke their joints and in the morning the police showed up to top it off! Breakfast, a basic, poor quality offering - nice coffee though. If you can, splash out on something a bit more expensive to make sure you sleep well.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, very comfortable and comfortable. The location is great, because it is at 10/15 mnt walking from the center of Fuenlabrada, for the metro near and for me traveling in car is always important the parking theme and have it and free. If you want a clean hotel with a careful staff and you can rest without hearing various noises, I do not doubt this.
