I am sending my kids to Madison to go to school. It is about a 15-minute drive from the school. There is a shopping mall outside the hotel, which is very convenient to get in and out. This is my second time staying here😄👍

It was middle of road hotel. Check in staff not friendly. Pool only had two towels. Room was fine.

Clean and good enough for a short night sleep along the highway. But the facility is old and tired. And the beds are so-so at best. The price was appropriate.

The room was unpainted. The mattress was like an old one out of the alley and there were 2 tiny pillows on a king size bed. The breakfast was a joke

Fine for budget one night stay. Beds were really uncomfortable. The pull-out sofa was paper thin and no fitted sheets were provided.
Breakfast was fine - always enjoy fresh waffles but the eggs were super watery and the sausage was not great.
Staff was polite. The kids had fun in the pool. Nothing outstanding, but it’ll do in a pinch.

This hotel will make just anyone a key to your room, they have multiple authorizations on my card still not taken care of because a feont desk worker repeatedly swiped my card, the microwave didnt work. To top if off nobody was available to actually do anything about making the situation right because the GM was fired understandably

We booked two rooms but when we checked in they only found one room, saying that for some reason one of the rooms was cancelled (not by us). Although we paid for two rooms. The person at the desk said that they just got a new computer system and he couldn’t figure out how to reinstate it, and there was no manager in duty since it was late at night. He did give us a second room; however upon walking into that it was clear that it had not been cleaned-no sheets on the bed, messy bathroom, etc. So we had to go back down and he was able to give us another room. Also, in the morning around 8am housekeeping tried to get into both rooms bc for some reason they thought they were not occupied. And we have been waiting for a manager to contact us all weekend and so far no response. Breakfast was only ok. Very very basic.
