Room is large and clean, service is good, attractive decor.

All was fine except the very uncomfortable chair Loved the fitness room

Amazing service The staff were extremely helpful and keep there guests in mind at all hours of the day. The lobby and the M CLUB were extremely well kept.

I specifically asked for a pool but it was under construction when I got there. If that is going to be advertised they should have it open or don’t advertise it.

Great stay! Emilio Mora went above and beyond we needed to print my son’s parking pass for move-in day at the University of Wisconsin. He helped figure out our issue and happily solved our problem! Great service!

I stayed at this hotel to attend a concert nearby. I arrived early and asked about early check in and was told it would be about 45 mins before my room was ready so I went to grab some food and wait. When I got back there was a line that wrapped through the lobby 3 times full of angry people because no rooms were ready and doors were opening for the concert in 30 minutes. They also offered a shuttle service but you couldn’t sign up for that until check in so the shuttle was full before we even had a chance to sign up. We got ready in the lobby bathroom and headed to the show rather than waiting. We returned at 2am and the front desk staff couldn’t even be bothered to say anything more than “sign here.” There’s construction happening and the next morning we woke up to shouting in the hallway and water pouring out of the ceiling right by the elevators. This was among the worst hotel experiences I have had.

Average Room The room was way overpriced. The room was basic nothing fancy or mini fridge or snack bar in the room to purchase.
