We had a clean rather quiet room on 4th floor. We slept pretty well and had a good breakfast. When we left, the girl at the desk told us to have a good day.

My pillows were moldy and i didnt notice until check out. I ***** the bed for housekeepers and this time I went to take the pillow cases off and it was disgusting. I cant believe i slept on and breathed that in for TWO nights.

I had been the manager at this hotel back in the 1990's. The new ownership did a great job on a fresh inviting location. Beds were super comfortable, supplies in the bathroom were more than expected as well. The breakfast bar had a number of warm items to choose from along with coffees and teas. Parking lot was clean and you would feel safe walking around you lot in the evening. TV channel choices were also excellent.

This is my “go to” hotel in Madison WI. Convenient to the interstate. In a quiet neighborhood on the east side of the city.

When I arrived the attendant was not at the desk. However, the sign said to use the house phone to call if I needed assistance. I called and Sammy answered. She greeted me warmly and shared that she would be down to help me in a couple minutes. About one minute later, Sammy arrived at the desk and warmly greeted me and promptly took care of checking me in. Thank you for GREAT customer service Sammy!

This location appears to have being renovated recently. The top was nice and fresh and the staff was great. The location is convenient.
