The hotel facilities look relatively new and are quite clean, but the rooms are a bit small. The breakfast selection is limited. Transportation is convenient, as it's located right next to the highway.

The hotel is quite new, the breakfast is good, the surrounding area is quiet, the hotel rooms are also quite large, and the front desk service is excellent. I arrived at the hotel around 2 AM. If you plan to check into a hotel in the US very late, remember to call the hotel to have them hold your room; otherwise, even if you prepaid, the hotel might cancel your booking without a refund.

My stay at the Hilton Tru West Madison was fantastic! The hotel was incredibly clean and tidy, with a modern yet vibrant décor that was refreshing. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience very smooth. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were excellent. I especially loved the lobby's common area, which offered plenty of recreational options, such as a pool table and games—a fun place to relax or work. The complimentary breakfast selection was extensive and of good quality. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, making it easy to go shopping or explore the surrounding area. Overall, this is a great hotel that exceeded my expectations and offers excellent value for money. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in this area and would highly recommend it to others!
