Even though our check-in was much later than planned, we were so grateful for the warm welcome. We had a very relaxing stay. Thank you. As for amenities, it would be great if hand soap could be provided.

Hotel is near to Machida train station, nearby have a lot of shops very convenient to get anything required. Friendly hotel staffs

There is enough space. There are famous anime stores near the hotel. The reception desk tries its best to meet the requirements, and the staff can communicate in basic English. It is recommended.

The room is nice but there’s some garbage( a can of chi hi)hiding in the corner of my bed(the top part) The room not small at all and the bathroom is clean there’s pj for us and the shampoo smell nice Very good for business hotel. Outside and a 7/11 and a lot of restaurants and there is Karaoke everywhere!! Nice

This hotel had an exceptionally good room condition, truly standing out among others in Machida. From now on, it will be my go-to choice whenever I visit Machida.

I actually like this hotel. Convenient when traveling anywhere. Close to Trains station. There is one staff speak English well. They help me with anything I asked.

The hotel staff were kind and friendly, which I was happy about. The room was large enough for a single person. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Cleanliness: Overall, very good, nothing to complain about. At least during my stay, I didn't find any unclean areas. Location: Very close to Machida Station, surrounded by restaurants, drugstores, and convenience stores – a very convenient location. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly. They put new towels at the door every day, but I wasn't sure where the old towels were, so I ended up with more and more towels in the room. Amenities: I didn't see a water dispenser, but everything else was provided. I didn't quite understand the washing machine; although it should work fine if you just press any button, I suggest asking the front desk.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It's relatively close to the station and downtown, which is nice, but it's a shame the toilet doesn't have a washlet. I wouldn't mind paying an extra 1,000 yen if they did provide one lol.
