The staff is very requested and educated, but the staff are certainly the strong point of the hotel, but I cannot say the same as the hotel structure of Aram Maceió, although it is part of the Aram network, it leaves much to desire. The problems start with the location of the hotel, in a bad area, at the end of the beach of Pajuçara, the night only leaves Uber due to uncertainty. The room we stayed in had a small window, the view was for a work, there was no place to hang the towels and the beach clothes, no place to put our bags open. The bathroom was moped on the walls, the window was very dirty and the box floor was incardated, the bed clothes were buried, the carded apple was always a problem when we entered the room. The breakfast was satisfactory, but it was not served in time to go for a walk: the floor near the deteriorated pool, the shower was fully coated and no service provided by the hotel to drink or eat. Finally, I expected a lot more than a three-star hotel.

The hotel is a cozy hotel with excellent location and a view of the swimming pool to the sea of the extraordinary pajuçara. The rooms are very good, comfortable beds. Breakfast is divine, with a variety of things and very tasty. The staff are always ready to help what we need, very kind, educated and sympathetic. The perfect cleaning, great cost benefit. Every time I go to Maceió is where I host. Super recommendation!

The location is very good. I went for the hurb package and I can say that of the three guests we picked up this was certainly the best! The staff of the reception and the kitchen are super reception. The cleaning is perfect and it is done every day you feel the smell of clean place as soon as it comes. The place is close to the beach and the beach walking. The best experience I have had.

The hotel is amazing and the service is also! All the hotel's environments are very cool, the room and bathroom are spacious, comfortable and beautiful! Breakfast is wonderful, a delicious! The location is great, too, near the main points, staff are quite careful, excellent experience, I will surely come back more times!
