I absolutely love the unique, sophisticated yet opulent fragrance of Wynn Palace, so for this 3-day, 2-night birthday celebration, I chose to stay here again. This time, I was even upgraded to a Parlor Suite, which was an absolutely extraordinary and luxurious stay! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Although the hotel is already 10 years old, it's incredibly well-maintained and still feels brand new and premium. The room was super spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Every single staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly, polite, and always smiling, going out of their way to help. Even the housekeeping staff would proactively greet guests every morning and ask about their needs and comfort, showing a remarkable level of care for guests. I'd particularly like to mention Harper at the front desk and Calvin from concierge; they truly made me feel completely at home 💯. Their warm, enthusiastic, and polite demeanor was truly commendable and unforgettable. A well-deserved thumbs up! 👍🏻 This isn't my first time staying at Wynn Palace, and every visit, I feel like the hotel is constantly improving in every aspect. That's why whenever I visit Macau, Wynn Palace will always be my top choice.

Overall, it's a good stay, and the breakfast is especially, especially amazing. I've had breakfast at so many 5-star hotels, and this one definitely ranks in my top 3. It's definitely worth checking in. However, I found the options at the other restaurants to be just okay. They were either incredibly expensive or very mediocre.

This is one of the best five-star hotels I've ever stayed at, service-wise. I had a few interactions with their mainland customer service beforehand due to a booking issue, and they were incredibly warm and helpful. They proactively explained all the facilities and were able to coordinate and resolve any questions or requests I had, which showed a lot of sincerity. The hotel rooms were very comfortable, and all my needs were met. For our anniversary, they even surprised us with a beautiful cake. It was great to ride the cable car twice without any queues. The breakfast was also very generous and delicious. After staying at another five-star hotel in Hong Kong later, which had terrible service, it really made me appreciate Wynn Palace's top-notch service even more.

The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The breakfast dining area was excellent! The pool was also great! The only downside is its proximity to the airport.

However, the service response was a bit slow and not always prompt, which might be due to the hotel's large size.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was delighted. The exquisite floral arrangements, elegant fragrance, and attentive service made time itself feel gentle. Opening the window revealed a beautiful lake view at night – pure bliss.

The hotel is quite grand and the rooms are very spacious, though a bit old-fashioned. There was a faint 'ding-dong' sound occasionally at night, so the soundproofing could be better. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were very welcoming and my luggage was delivered right to my room door. The shuttle service was great, running every few minutes, very convenient! Recommended.

Absolutely loved it! The nighttime views of the fountain and the city lights were stunning. I especially adore Wynn Palace; the room was perfect for photos.

Wynn Palace is opulent and elegant, with a unique Phoenix egg show. The free cable car ride paired with the fountain night view is fantastic. The service is excellent, and the hygiene is top-notch. Breakfast is also rich and varied. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, making it a preferred choice for business travel.

Not sure why, but the bedside cabinet in my room this time had cold air constantly blowing out from underneath it, and there was no switch to turn it off.
