The hotel is in a very good location and the price isn't bad (given the high hotel prices in macau). The sleeping area isn't bad, but the bathroom is quite small, especially if you try to exit the bathroom from the shower, there's a high chance you're gonna touch the toilet. It's not very clean, but it's doable

This little hotel is within walking distance from Largo do Senado and other historical sites; bus 101x from the bridge port stops a few blocks away; a night market is just around the corner, and there's a 24-hour supermarket a block away. The facilities were clean and the room looked just like new. The bed was clean and comfy, toiletries were provided, and the room had a TV and a kettle. Even though I booked a shared bathroom, it was very clean and shared with only another room. The staff was super nice, and both the check-in and check-out processes were fast and easy. Overall, I enjoyed my 2 nights in Pensão Carmen and I would book it again.

It's a budget hotel so you'll get a budget place but it was good, it had air-conditioning, window, towel provided, shampoo also. The staff was very sweet and tried their best to communicate despite the language barrier. Macau is small but the place is well connected by bus and close to tourist spaces. It could definitely have been cleaner but the important bits (bed & bath) were clean.

CHOOSE TO STAY HERE, really we have peace of mind staying here, staff are very kind,trustworthy and considerate our stay here really worth it, everything you need was provided from tissue,slippers,shampoo,bath soap, tooth brush, comb, shaver, water heater for coffee, blower, heater for shower, towel and TV and rooms are comfortable we really sleep a lot 🤣 BUT really the BEST is the STAFF pictured below she's so kind even the 1 men who let us leave our baggage and the OWNER they really considerate to visitor's sutuation, we regret we didn't able to save an extra penny for tip to the old lady in the picture who assisted us. if we're going to return in Macau we would still choose to stay here, location is also near ruins of st.paul and SENADO square and bus terminals and food,cloths and grocery shops.

This little pension is in the perfect location, has friendly staff, super clean and quiet rooms. It’s walking distance to all the best sites in the city and the bus stop for every other part of the city is just one block away. It’s both centrally located and peaceful at the same time. The only recommendation is to add a mattress topper on the beds because the mattress was too hard.

It was difficult to find the hotel because it’s inside of a building. We booked the room with bathroom included. Facilities are old, we could listen everything from outside and neighbours. If you are lucky to have quite neighbours you can rest well but if not (like us) would be complicated. Our window couldn’t cover the light 100%. Bathroom was very small. We chose this hotel because of the location and price since was Chinese new year. We recommend this hotel to backpackers with low budget to travel but if you are not you can check other options.

Perfect location in the middle of the old town, on a quiet street just a few blocks away from all the churches and plazas. The room looks very good and the bed also feels bigger than in the pictures. Highly recommend! Most budget friendly solution to visit Macau!

Hard to find the place taxi didn’t know the address and also the name change it takes us long to find. But place is close to shops and tourists spot and ******

The hotel is very-very simple, but clean. The common bayhroom is actualy very good, it looks like if I stayed at someone's nice apartment. The lady at the reception was very kind as well. The hotel was a bit hard to find without a local sim-card and internet. Stupid taxi-driver let us out a few blocks away and we had to ask many people where the address was. Luckily, the police patrol and some of the locals were friendlier than that pad between the steering wheel and the seat.

Consider a valued stay for affordable prices. Small space that is suitable for 2 people but not more. The bed is clean but with a hard mattress. There might be bedbugs as one of the guests has bites on leg and arms after a stay. Hosts are friendly. Overall, it is suitable for as a budjet stay. If you're looking for spacious and better facilities, better book other places.
