The room is big and spacious. Very clean and neat. There’s a Circle K convenience store and Cafe de Coral next to the hotel.

Very large and spacious room. The room is very clean and neat everyday. Convenience store and cafe are right on the ground level of the hotel making it so convenient for tourists. There is also a bus stop outside the hotel.

The hotel staff across all departments were incredibly warm and proactive. They met all the requests I made when booking the hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and had a sea view. The hotel also has a pool, and there's a Cafe de Coral restaurant on the ground floor. It's a 30-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's and just over 10 minutes to the Grand Lisboa, which is very convenient. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Macau.

Facilities: The facilities are decent, not too old. Environment: Located in the heart of the old city, it's convenient to get anywhere. Service: It was just okay, but then again, service during the May Day holiday is never great. Hygiene: It was relatively clean.

Traveling with kids was a breeze thanks to the convenient location. Right downstairs, there's a bus stop with numerous routes. It's also super close to the University of Technology and several attractions, so you can easily walk to them. Shopping is convenient too, and the room was great – high up and quiet.

I visited during the May Day holiday and only realized after getting home that I'd left a bag of Sasa purchases behind. I called the front desk twice, and both times they said they hadn't found anything, and there was no record of a lost and found item. At this point, I started to suspect that the cleaning staff might have taken it. The third time I called, the front desk transferred me to the manager. The manager insisted that their staff wouldn't take anything and that their management was very strict. I then asked if they could check the surveillance cameras for me. Thankfully, the manager was very helpful; they immediately checked the footage and found my bag (at least they didn't try to fob me off by saying they couldn't find it, as I couldn't possibly go back to Macau to verify). They also said they could hold it for three months and that a friend could pick it up for me. Coincidentally, a friend of mine went to Macau two days later and picked it up. Here, I have to mention the hotel staff again – they were incredibly inefficient! My friend had to wait for a very long time! And one box of detox pills was missing from the bag. The picture was sent to me by my friend after they picked it up. In short, a terrible rating from me! Regardless of the reason, the staff didn't verify properly and simply reported that nothing was found. If I hadn't insisted, I would never have gotten it back. Plus, an item was missing!

Facilities: Well-equipped with dining, entertainment, and even a sauna. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Spotless. Service: Excellent. I've stayed here many times. The first two times I even got a free suite upgrade.

Always a pleasure! The hotel is well-equipped, and very clean. The surrounding area and the interior environment are both excellent, and the service is top-notch. It also offers better value for money compared to other hotels in the same category.

My stay this time was a complete surprise – no complaints at all! The location is super convenient, making it effortless to get around, find food, and explore the area. The lobby and guest rooms are spotlessly clean, with excellent attention to detail in terms of hygiene – absolutely no cutting corners. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is really good, so it's quiet at night and you won't be disturbed. All the staff are friendly and polite, and they respond quickly and thoughtfully to any requests. The value for money is exceptional. Next time I'm in the area, this will definitely be my first choice. I honestly highly recommend it to everyone, go for it!

The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of fruits like watermelon and cantaloupe. The Jajangmyeon was also quite tasty. The room was spacious and came with both a bathtub and a shower. There's also a swimming pool. While the hotel has been renovated, some of the facilities still feel a bit dated.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful! Seeing that there were three of us, they kindly upgraded us to a family suite for free and even brought up extra toiletries without us asking. The room itself was huge! The beds, I'd say about 1.5m by 2m, were incredibly large and comfortable. After using a Trip.com discount, we got the room for around 300 MOP a night, which is an amazing deal. Calling the front desk for service was also super prompt. It's really rare to find such good service in a crowded place like Macau Peninsula. The hotel is right next to a bus stop, making transportation very convenient. If you're looking to explore the Peninsula for a day or two, Hotel Rio is a perfect choice – highly, highly recommended! It's less than a 10-minute walk to Senado Square, making it easy to get anywhere on the main island.

Stayed here before, the location is great and very quiet. The room is spacious and clean; my family really liked it. It's close to everything, and catching a bus or a taxi right outside is super convenient. Service: The front desk staff were very polite and allowed us to store our luggage.

Every time I visit Macau, I stay at Rio, I don't even need GPS anymore. The service is great, there are lots of restaurants nearby, and attractions are plentiful. The Café de Coral downstairs is also good, definitely great value for money. Thumbs up! 👍👍👍

This hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to the Grand Lisboa, Guia Lighthouse, and Ruins of St. Paul's, making transportation very convenient. The facilities are comprehensive, the service is excellent, and the price is also very reasonable.
