Staying in Morpheus has been a gorgeous experience for both my friend and me. Both its architecture and service are top-notch! We arrived at 12 noon aiming to simply drop.off the luggage to wait for checking into.the room at 3 pm. The receptionist kindly advised us that the room will be available at around 1:30 pm. Then, he personally took us to the room and patiently explained to us all the advanced operating tech in it. The ambience and the facilities in the room are unforgettable! This is one of the best value for money hotel-stay I have come across so far! Thank you for booking this nice hotel for us and look forward to my next visit there! M. Chan

A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018. The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor. Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb. I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.

Absolutely fantastic! Cleanliness: Very clean! Ambiance: Excellent! Very clean, and the room was large and spacious. Minibar snacks and complimentary drinks: Aside from a few chargeable alcoholic beverages, everything else was free, and you could get refills.

I was very satisfied with the service, and the environment was great too. It's very convenient for getting around; you can just walk to Rua do Cunha. The city view from the room was beautiful. I'll definitely stay here again next time. It was a very pleasant experience.

Flawless in every detail! The service was perfect, the design was exceptional, and the overall experience felt incredibly special. The bed was super comfortable and the room was well soundproofed. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. Both the bathroom and bedroom ceilings had Bluetooth speakers. They provided complimentary fruits, cookies, and chocolates, and the mini-fridge offered free drinks and beer. There are two restaurants on the third floor of the hotel, easily accessible by elevator directly from the room, which was very convenient. The soundproofing of the main room door was a bit poor, as I could hear noise from the hallway.

The room was very spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and they provided a generous fruit basket and a box of chocolates every day. The minibar was also completely free. It's the most generous five-star hotel I've ever stayed at! This will be my go-to choice whenever I visit Macau in the future!

The design is beautiful, the rooms are well-maintained, and the facilities are quite new. The staff are warm and attentive.

This hotel is incredibly grand and the property itself is excellent, but surprisingly, the service was completely out of line with what you'd expect from a luxury hotel in Macau. At check-in, the front desk staff didn't even offer a basic greeting, and the breakfast restaurant's service was even more underwhelming. It left a lasting impression, but not in a good way, as it felt totally mismatched with the hotel's caliber.

Not sure if the breakfast cost change by dates, I was charged 680MOP per person which was quite different from what was listed

Stayed for two nights with my child, and it was simply perfect. First off, the design is stunning; the hotel is so beautiful. The room was spacious and very clean. Fresh fruit was provided daily, and the mini-bar was free and fully stocked – we couldn't even finish everything. The turndown service each night was also excellent. Breakfast was a set menu delivered to the room, more than enough, with both Western and Chinese options available. The hotel is also very close to the airport, just a 5-minute taxi ride. All in all, extremely satisfied!

An excellent stay! The room was very spacious and located on a high floor, with a fantastic artistic design. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The hotel's location is great, making it convenient to get anywhere.

Genuinely the best hotel that I’ve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!
