We came here with a 14 month old baby and had a great stay. The receptionist was helpful and it was pretty easy to get a cab to fetch the luggage to the airport that is within 500m away. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it was a good stay that enables travellers to reach the airport within 10 mins and have more rest before the trip. As the airport is currently handling domestic flights, and there were only 3 gates for boarding, travellers can afford to sleep in a little and arrive at the Airport a little later since the airport is just 5 to 10 mins away.

I had a great stays in Go Hotels Iloilo because all staff are very accommodating, especially Ms. Jinny Amador the assigned receptionist that day. She is very helpful with regards with our needs. I like also how she give her big smiles to us though she is wearing a mask we can see it through her eyes. Highly recommended because the location is great, near in Mall and Church and the price is very affordable. Thank you

The location of Injap is just in front of SM (near overpass). They offer buffet and has blower, microwave, oven, toiletries. Cons: the toilet bowl in our room has stains. The aircon was old, the keys in the ac unit was not working. We were 3 pax but there was only 1 slippers. The toiletries (dental kit, towels, etc) provided were for 2 pax only.

High class hotel close to most things in Iloilo city. SM Mandurriao meters away. Easy to get taxi with the help of friendly staff, Megaworld walking distance. Swimmingpool on the 10th floor, gym, good breakfast with a lot to choose from, excellent room reasonably quiet, comfortable bed, good water pressure and warm watwr quickly

I'm so pleased that I chose this hotel to stay at. I arrived with a stomach bug and was feeling quite ill. A few minutes after I called the front desk to request for late checkout, the desk supervisor, Erica, called me to graciously ask how I was doing and offered to send me some soft food and even some hydration salts. I declined the food but gladly accepted the Hydrite. I was so pleased with this gesture on Erica's part that I immediately felt at home and extended my stay for two more days. This hotel is first class. It's super clean all around, including the rooms. It's simply a well-managed place. The restaurant food and service was superb (food was at hotel prices, as expected, but breakfast buffet was free). Excellent wait staff. I highly recommend the Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and I will certainly be back.

I booked a room for 3 days and 2 nights in this hotel and they exceeded my expectations . Even though their cable TV is not working , you still get the value for what you pay for. The room size was just right. Complete toiletries. The swimming pool is clean and is free of use. Breakfast is satisfying and staff are helpful. Good location too. Just a 10 peso jeepney ride to Parola Port if you wanna go to Guimaras. Just 2 rides from Ceres Terminal coming from Carles , Iloilo. Short walk away from several fastfood chains and SM delgado. Highly recommended

Front desk service: There is none outside the standard 8AM to 5PM office hours. You'll be lucky if somebody actually picks up the line. Having stayed here for quarantine purposes and not being allowed to step out of the room, this ”no service” is a big no no. Non-front desk staff: The bell hop is pro active in bringing up ordered food. I gambled with ordering food from the outside as I couldn't order food from the hotel simply because there was nobody picking up the line. Luckily, the bell hop would bring up the food ordered from the outside. I would've starved if they didn't bring the food up. Room: Everything is old. The bed was not comfortable. The fridge had to be changed as it was not working. The cable tv line up was really bad as well. The floor was dusty. Room slippers? They're old and crumbly. The moment I slipped my feet in them, they ripped. I just laughed it off as I was just tired getting upset anymore. Breakfast: Better order food from the outside. I was told that the food in this place is good. Fake news. Will I consider going back to this place? If there is another quarantine hotel, I wouldn't stay in Hotel del Rio anymore.

As a business traveler, my top concern is the safety and security of the hotel that I am staying. I was pleased with my stay in Park Inn Iloilo because of how secured it is in the hotel. It reminds me of my stay in Conrad Manila; I would say Park Inn is the best hotel I have stayed in Iloilo so far. Already booked another 2 nights for my next business trip in Iloilo next month. I traveled to Iloilo for business and I was going to stay at Courtyard supposedly from March 17 to April 1. An unfortunate situation happened while I was in the middle of this trip - my mother died on March 23rd and I had to cut my trip short and leave Iloilo March 24th. I checked out of the hotel at around 7pm and I informed the front desk about my situation. Since the reservation was booked through Navan (who used Priceline) - our company travel booking application I knew that any refund for the unused leg of my trip would have to go through them. I did inform the front desk when I checked out that our travel agency might contact them and told them about the situation. I just returned home from the funeral of my mother and checked with Navan if the refund was already processed. I just found out today that Courtyard by Mariott Iloilo flat out DECLINED the refund despite knowing that the reason for the cancellation was due to the unforseen situation of my mother having died while in the middle of my business trip. The management of this hotel has no empathy towards their customer and I will never ever stay here again. I will also ensure that none of my colleagues from my company (the biggest private employer in the Philippines) will ever stay here again by writing an incident report and sending it to our leadership and executives.

This hotel was an absolute GEM!!! Didn't plan on staying for long but ended up spending a total of 12 nights here. In the beginning, didn't expect much from budget hotel but our stay was so great that we will surely stay here again the next time we are in Iloilo City. The rooms were clean and the toiletries and supplies were replenished daily. The mini bar was cheap too. The housekeeping staff was very flexible given that we had a baby who always needed a nap, so they adjusted accordingly. The breakfast was plated but if you like a good old Filipino breakfast, then you will enjoy it. The restaurant staff were very accommodating at all hours. What the hotel lacks in amenities, it makes up for its amazing staff and very friendly atmosphere. From housekeeping, to the restaurant, front desk, admin officers and even the manager, they have been beyond accommodating! We observed that even amongst themselves, the staff were very interactive and had great harmony. You could tell that they love their jobs and the people they work with/for. We have traveled to a lot of cities and countries before but this is by far the friendliest and most attentive hotel we've ever stayed at!! It even trumps a five star hotel service! Just a pity they had to transfer us to another hotel, of the same chain, due to the citywide community quarantine where they've had to shut down operations. The other hotel though is another story - a different review worth writing.
