Travelodge Lytham St Annes

Located right in the heart of St Annes, only a few minutes walk to the beach. Shopping was also very convenient. A Mark's and Spencer just below the hotel. Eateries and coffee shops just round the corner. Very close to the restaurant that my friend operates. Was there to visit him as I had not seen him for over 5 years. This hotel does not have much in the form of facilities. Only 4 carpark space and 3 more for handicaps. There are fee paying carparks nearby but can find free parking in back streets further away from hotel.

This is our favourite Travelodge and that's why we are frequent visitors. I have read the last seven reviews (all five stars) and we would agree with all the comments made. This is a very good hotel (much enhanced by the recent refurb) with great staff who go out of their way to help. The hotel is clean and well managed. The location is excellent with many shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The greatest asset of the hotel is the staff. On our recent visit Ben was very helpful when we checked in as was Emma when we checked out, We did spend time catching up with Sam. We first met Sam on her first day eight years ago (one of her colleagues said she’s part of the furniture!) and she’s been looking after us ever since. Sam is an outstanding staff member and an excellent ambassador for the Travelodge brand. We are looking forward to seeing her again on our next visit in just over two weeks time.

Overall good value. Rooms were a reasonable size, modern and very clean. Everything worked and good supply of towels etc. Bed was very comfortable and lots of pillows (which were a bit hard but OK). Check in and out very easy. Stock up on tea, coffee and milk as room supply small. No limit on this so long as you ask. Staff are all cheery, very friendly and very helpful. Overall good value, clean, nice staff and perfect for a budget stay. No parking at this one except pay car park in front. £2 per night.

Stayed in march for 4 nights normally would go in a more expensive hotel .However lesson learnt his was a spotless room , recently revamped room a quarter of the price of our previously favourite hotel for the same package . Bed was so comfy and the room spotless .why pay more ???

Stayed many times over the years, always nice, and pleasant staff, and only a short walk to the pier, will be back again as soon as we are able. Small issue with the bedding was dealt with promptly and professionally

Great welcome on arrival.Friendly team of staff always at hand.Great central location for beach,bars,cafes,restaurants and train station.Parking can easily be found.Warm goodbye from the excellant manager and Emma completed another trip to this lovely town and area.

Fantastic value for money great location lovely staff and one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in would definitely recommend this place and I will be staying there again. Just check best place to park before arrival.

Very good place to stay and we’ll located .staff very welcoming rooms very clean and modernised very close to the sea front, shops and other amenities, another good point is that the hotel is only six minutes walk away from the train station.

The building is new and the room was comfortable and warm. The reception staff were polite and very efficient. A great place to stay while visiting the Fylde coast. Unfortunately there was blood on the shower curtain, which spoilt the atmosphere slightly.
