"We truly enjoyed our stay here for 3d2n, overall experience was great, staffs were friendly and very helpful, breakfast variety was good, room was cozy & clean. Got free mini bar & we love all the amenities provided. Only con was no bidet in all the bathroom, but somehow will definitely repeat here."

"There are quite a few things in the hotel that seem to have issues. It might be good to have them checked or repaired. For example, several facilities at the kids’ pool and the children’s playground appear to be missing or not in working condition. It might be good to look into repairing or replacing them."

"First time staying at Zenith Hotel Putrajaya due to the Perkeso Run event, mainly because of the convenient location near the event venue. Check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Parking was quite limited and operates on a first come, first served basis, although I understand there is additional parking available outside the hotel with a fee. I booked a room-only stay, so I can’t comment on the breakfast. One thing I liked was that all rooms come with a bathtub. I also liked the size of the room, which felt spacious and comfortable. My room was facing the lake and Putra Mosque, which was honestly my favourite part of the entire stay. The view was beautiful, especially during sunset and at night. I also had the chance to check out the rooftop pool area, which looked really nice, although I didn’t get the chance to swim. However, the overall cleanliness could definitely be improved. I found a few hairs stuck to the bathroom wall which was quite unpleasant. The towel provided was also ripped, and there was no kettle in the room upon arrival. I assume housekeeping forgot to place it there. I tried calling housekeeping three times around 6pm but no one answered, so I eventually had to contact reception to request for the kettle. The TV also had issues during my stay, probably due to the connection or signal. Another thing to note is that the room did not come with bottled mineral water, as drinking water was provided from the tap next to the sink instead. Check-out also required a bit of patience because everyone seemed to be leaving around the same time. There are only four lifts, so I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes. Overall, the stay cost RM288, but personally I don’t feel the experience justified the price. The main advantage was really the location being close to the run event. I probably wouldn’t stay here again unless necessary. Might try Dorsett instead next year."

"Overall good hotel service and amenities. Nice pool and gym. The receptionist is very helpful. Room is comfortable for family. Equipped with washing machine and dryer which make things convenient. However the water temperature in the shower room kept fluctuating, sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold."

"Thought they have campfire since its public holiday (although Sunday), but they dont have it that day. Pool is a little “nothing much”, but kids loveeeee it. The simple slide made our youngest one brave emough to go down by himself. Food are soooo good and soooo many choices"

"Service were 10/10. Staffs were very helpful, warm and welcoming. Check-in procedure was very smooth, parking was easy and near, foods during breakfast were great! Husband loved the croffles, I loved the pancakes! Room was really spacious, clean and wangi! Forgot that there’s a bathtub as well, so we didn’t bring any bathbombs or salts. I do recommend maybe the hotel could provide or sell them in small packaging if possible? Furniture and the appliances are a bit dated, but we enjoyed it nonethelesss.
