"A relaxing resort that's about 30-40 minutes drive from downtown Zhuhai. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Pool facilities are good. We had the breakfast buffet and it had a good, high quality selection of Chinese and Western food. Note that because it is a bit far from the city area, the food selection nearby is limited and a 15-20 minutes DIDI ride is thus required. The beach is small and not in the best condition so I wouldn't consider the beach a highlight."

"I was on a solo vacation, not really interested in sightseeing, just wanted to relax in a beautiful environment. Choosing MGM Cotai was definitely the right decision. Although its location is a bit far from tourist attractions, the environment itself is absolutely stunning. Just a stroll through the large gardens is incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are also very spacious; as it's newly opened, all the facilities are excellent. Even the basic room type is 70 square meters and comes with a balcony. The overall interior design is a very serene and grand Chinese style, but it doesn't feel old-fashioned. It's a style that older people would absolutely love, but younger people can also appreciate. The public areas are adorned with many fresh floral arrangements, which are very tasteful and exude a sense of luxury. The restaurant's large glass curtain wall faces the gardens, making dining with a view a truly delightful experience. While the breakfast selection was a bit limited, there's another restaurant offering Cantonese dim sum which is a nice option. During my stay, the guest service team, including Michael, Shirley, and Amy, were all very attentive, responsible, and responsive to all my requests, making for a truly pleasant trip. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends if they visit Zhuhai in the future."

"An absolutely fantastic experience! Check-in was prompt, and the room was great. Every staff member was professional. The sea view was stunning, and I enjoyed two cigars on the balcony. The complimentary fruit was a pleasant surprise. What truly impressed me the most were both the Chinese and Western dining options. For afternoon tea, we ordered two chicken burgers delivered to our room. The baguette was soft inside and crispy outside – incredibly filling. For dinner, we ate at the Chinese restaurant, and the grouper and lobster dishes were exquisitely prepared. The beef fried rice, cooked with butter, was incredibly fragrant, and we finished every last bite. While the breakfast didn't offer a huge selection, it was refined, especially the small bowl of beef noodles which was incredibly delicious. For lunch, we ate at the Western restaurant. Although we were in a rush to catch our boat, the meal was absolutely amazing. Overall, the food was exceptionally refined and impressive. My daughter even left a note saying everything was great, except for the lack of snacks in the room."

"We chose this hotel for a family trip to Zhuhai for our child's birthday, and it exceeded our expectations! They helped us decorate the room for the birthday, provided gifts, and even upgraded our room for free, along with a complimentary bottle of red wine – so many thoughtful touches. The staff, especially Lucy and Crystal, were incredibly friendly and polite, making us feel right at home. The upgraded room's private pool and hot spring bath were also fantastic. Breakfast was unique, with dim sum available à la carte, and it tasted great. Overall, I'd say this hotel is a top luxury contender in Zhuhai. It's very new and modern, yet beautifully combines the charm of the 'blue sea and golden sands' with cultural elements. Definitely worth a stay, and we'll be back when we can!"

"My stay at Alila Dong'ao Island was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is nestled between mountains and the sea, offering a serene environment that's perfect for photos. The overall design blends seamlessly with the natural scenery, and every corner exudes elegance. The hotel also provides an exclusive travel photographer who was incredibly gentle and guided me through poses. I loved the editing style and color grading – truly superb! Of course, the stunning infinity pool offers unparalleled views directly facing the ocean. It's a fantastic spot for photos; every shot looks like it's straight out of a luxury travel magazine. Our butler, Colin, provided meticulous and thoughtful service. (He even offered one-on-one personalized service via WeChat, which was a nice touch!) From check-in to responding to our daily needs, he was always prompt, professional, and had a gentle demeanor. He made us feel incredibly well-cared for, anticipating many of our needs. I also ordered the hotel's set beef meal. The food tasted great, and the ingredients were fresh. The highlight: the eel noodles were incredibly delicious and had a unique texture! Both the main courses and snacks were perfectly to my taste, leaving me very satisfied. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, making it convenient for relaxation, sightseeing, and getting around. The overall experience was top-notch, making it the perfect choice for a vacation on Dong'ao Island. Highly recommend!"

"This stay with my kids was absolutely fantastic! The hotel has a strong family-friendly theme, and the room decor was so warm and cute; my child loved it the moment we walked in. The overall cleanliness was impeccable – floors, bedding, and bathroom were all spotless, which made us feel very comfortable. The disposable amenities were complete and of good quality; toiletries, slippers, etc., were all thoughtfully provided, showing great attention to detail. The staff were warm and attentive, responding promptly to all our requests. They even proactively offered child-related items, which was incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast spread was rich and varied, with delicious food and fresh ingredients; both adults and children enjoyed it thoroughly. From the environment and cleanliness to the service, everything was flawless. It offers excellent value for money and is perfect for family trips. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time, highly recommended! They even decorated the room for my little one's birthday, gave us a free room upgrade, and prepared a birthday cake and small gifts. It was incredibly thoughtful and well worth it. "Came to Chimelong Penguin Hotel with my bestie, and it was super convenient! The hotel's location is excellent, the environment is great, and the staff's service attitude is wonderful – truly amazing service. The hotel staff are well-trained and attentive. Being right next to the Ocean Kingdom means you can walk directly into the park, which is incredibly handy. The concierge's luggage storage service is fantastic, and checking out is a breeze – you can just drop your key in the express checkout box. It was so convenient to drop off our bags and then head straight to the park. The breakfast at Emperor Penguin Buffet Restaurant offers a good variety of dishes and plenty of choices, and you can even dine while watching penguins! The hotel also provides exclusive butler service, and the breakfast selection is rich, with both Chinese and Western options being delicious. The location is superb, with convenient transport links nearby; you can even walk to the high-speed rail station right across the street. The downstairs shuttle bus to the Spaceship Park is also very convenient, and you can walk directly to the Ocean Kingdom – it's just so easy! The service guidance was clear and helpful, so there was no worry about getting lost. This trip was an excellent experience; we were satisfied in every aspect. Next time we visit, we'll definitely stay here again!"

"Service: The male receptionist was very enthusiastic and professional. The female staff member who took over after midnight was also very welcoming, though perhaps new, as her operations were a bit unfamiliar. However, her attitude was excellent, and she showed great emotional intelligence. Facilities: The amenities were well-suited for business travel, comprehensive and convenient. Hygiene: Excellent. Attention to detail was evident, and the room was cleaned very well even during an extended stay."

"The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, very spotless. I have to commend the service; the front desk staff was very helpful and patiently introduced me to the hotel. When I asked for a pair of children's slippers, the attendant also brought me child-specific bath amenities. Later, I requested two packs of coffee, and the attendant proactively brought me two extra bottles of water, saying they were for making coffee. I'm so grateful to her for anticipating my needs! If I remember correctly, her name was Wendy. Truly amazing, highly recommend! The hotel offers a lot of food options, and the late-night snacks aren't expensive. There's also a bar. The buffet even features Xinjiang cuisine, which I unfortunately missed out on since I had already eaten outside. I'll definitely try it next time I visit."

"First time staying in this hotel in Zhuhai although I am an I HG Member. We always have confident in this hotel group, but this is the first time choosing this hotel in China. Overall experience is marvelous, even better than our previous ones in Bangkok Thailand. Room is spacious and stylish with stunning view. Location is convenient. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful, especially Emily, who took care of our check in and our needs afterwards etc. Her enthusiasm made us feel welcome and warmth that gave our trip a pleasant touch! We will chose this hotel again in our future trips to Zhuhai and will recommend it to our friends too."
