The breakfast for our nine-day stay was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, and the service hours were also quite long."

"This hotel seems to be a state-owned, old-fashioned luxury hotel with a rather retro decor. The facilities are decent, and the service is good. Communication was very smooth, and a key point for us was that they provided a bed rail for our little one. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Ms. Jia Qingxia from Housekeeping. She helped us coordinate a room change in the evening. With her assistance, we were able to rearrange the bed and the sofa/coffee table, and she expertly installed and secured the bed rail for us. This made our eight-month-old feel very safe and secure. Thanks also to Supervisor Zhang and his team of drivers. The hotel's airport shuttle service is excellent. They helped us with our luggage when getting in and out of the car, and even lifted the stroller. They were also very helpful in answering questions about connecting flights to high-speed trains from a guest's perspective. Kudos to these responsible and caring staff members! 👍"

"This hotel is located in Zhengzhou's old town, with convenient access to shopping and dining, and is very close to Zhengzhou Railway Station. I purchased a package that included a complimentary double seafood buffet dinner, which offered excellent value for money and high-quality food. Thumbs up! The hotel's service and hygiene were also quite good. Staff proactively helped with luggage and greeted us upon entry and exit. We also received a free room upgrade, and the welcome fruit was very generous! If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the quality of the toothbrushes and combs. For double rooms, it would be best to have toothbrushes in two different colors. Overall, I was very satisfied with my three-day stay and will choose this hotel again next time. 😊"

"The location is super convenient for high-speed rail travel from Hangzhou East. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with clean carpets. The soundproofing was good, so we weren't disturbed by any noise. The hot water for the shower worked perfectly. The breakfast spread was generous and enjoyable, and the quality of the Chinese restaurant was also quite good – we ate there twice. They even kindly offered a late checkout until 2 PM, which we really appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied, and it offered great value for money. We'd definitely consider staying here again if we have the chance. It would be even better if the internet connection could be improved (though the staff member who came to install the router was very quick and efficient, so it didn't really impact our experience too much)."

The accommodations are impeccable, and the Chinese food is even better – it really suits our family's taste. Upon check-in, we received welcome fruit and drink vouchers. When traveling with children, I always prioritize hotels with excellent safety and hygiene, and this hotel clearly fits the bill. The breakfast offers a decent variety, pretty standard overall. The service staff were very warm and attentive. Our first stop in Zhengzhou was the Henan Museum, and the hotel is about a 15-minute walk away, which was very convenient. There's also a large shopping mall downstairs, making shopping and dining very easy."

"I've always had a soft spot for Accor Group's luxury brand, Sofitel, and my stay at Sofitel Zhengzhou this time certainly didn't disappoint. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was comfortable and reassuring, making it an excellent choice among Zhengzhou's high-end hotels. The hotel is located in the heart of the city center, offering convenient transportation. Shopping, sightseeing, and reaching major city attractions are all within a 10-15 minute distance, making getting around incredibly easy. The hotel's parking is all above ground, and there are plenty of spaces, accommodating self-drivers well. The hotel lobby, with its French-style decor, is elegant and grand. The high ceilings provide a bright and airy feel, with exquisite details showcasing a refined taste, exuding an air of luxury and ambiance. The lobby area features several Spring Festival activity booths where children can participate in small activities like making fans and red envelopes, calligraphy, and dyeing. Check-in was efficient and quick, and the front desk staff were warm and courteous. Jasmine Wu provided professional and thoughtful service; she pre-assigned our room and even prepared children's dental kits and slippers, making us feel right at home. The hotel's room service was prompt, and staff members always greeted guests proactively. This truly reflects the quality expected of a high-end hotel. The room itself was spacious and well-laid out, with excellent natural light and soundproofing. It was clean and tidy overall, with a noticeable sense of quality. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Toiletries and body lotion were standard branded products, offering superior texture and peace of mind when using them. It's great that the hotel's pool and gym remained open during the Spring Festival – highly commendable! The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, including local specialties like Hu La Tang (spicy soup), noodles, and wontons, as well as Western options like cheese and coffee. The food was plentiful, fresh, and delicious, and the presentation was meticulous, perfectly satisfying various taste preferences. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor serves Cantonese and Xinyang cuisine. The roasted pigeon, braised beef offal, dried tofu with pork leg, and fish head were all authentic, tasty, and reasonably priced, with excellent service and ambiance. We stayed for two nights and had three meals there without getting bored. I will definitely choose Sofitel again on my next visit to Zhengzhou!"

"Arrived late at night, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was spacious, new, and clean, although there was a slight 'new renovation' smell. The chocolate chip cookies were delicious. The hotel pool was very clean and odorless. In the morning, I discovered that Mixue Ice Cream & Tea was not far, which was very convenient for a walk. The service was excellent."
