"Welcome fruit: Very fresh. Two one-hour tickets for the Narati Scenic Area Flying Horse Team riding experience: Very thoughtful, they even gave an extra ticket when they saw we had a child. Local specialty nut platter: All high-quality local specialty nuts, and you can get refills. The room design is very cozy and quiet. The environment is exceptionally beautiful, right at the foot of the mountain. You can see grasslands and mountains just by opening the curtains. There are cats, a pond with tadpoles, and many koi in the courtyard. The kids loved feeding the cats, and my dad enjoyed feeding the fish. The service is very attentive. They added us on WeChat to remind us to inform them of any service needs, and even gave us tickets to the Narati Grand Theater show. Let me talk about the dining experience. Upon check-in, we received a 288 RMB dining voucher, which was more than enough for a full meal for a family of three. Everyone says not to have high expectations for dining in Narati, but the hotel's food was genuinely excellent. Although the breakfast didn't have a huge variety, you could tell it was prepared with care – clean, hygienic, and not pre-made. The ribs, prawns, and fruit were also of very good quality. The coffee was freshly ground by the staff, just like in a coffee shop, which I loved. Afternoon tea was complimentary, and the kids really enjoyed the desserts. Beyond all of the above, what I found most satisfying was the hotel's incredibly convenient location. It's extremely close to the entrances of the Sky Grassland and River Valley Grassland, making it very easy to get in and out. Plus, the hotel can help purchase self-driving tickets, so you don't have to scramble or worry about not getting them, which was truly wonderful. They say prices in scenic areas during peak season are heavily inflated, but my experience was genuinely great – you get what you pay for. One minor drawback was a slight animal smell when we first entered, but it disappeared later. Given that it's a grassland area, this can be overlooked. The second minor drawback was that the bed in my room was a bit creaky; it made noise when I got up. However, my roommate is a sound sleeper, so it wasn't a big issue. In summary, if I go to Narati again, I would still choose to stay here."

"Cloud Spruce Hidden Residence is hands down the best place to stay in Narat! The butler service was incredibly attentive and warm; they patiently answered all our questions about getting around and things to do. The room facilities were high-end and complete, and the Dyson hairdryer was a fantastic touch. For breakfast, fresh milk paired with freshly baked naan bread offered an authentic Xinjiang flavor. Stepping out, you're greeted by vast grasslands and a superb view. The hotel can even help with self-driving tickets. In the evening, the live band created a wonderful atmosphere. It truly offers a one-stop experience for dining, accommodation, and entertainment. Helping us secure self-driving tickets for the Narat scenic area was a huge bonus! As everyone knows, getting those self-driving tickets for Narat Grassland is a massive win; if you can't get them, you're stuck waiting for shuttle buses, which is a major downgrade."

"Out of my 8-day, 7-night trip to Ili, I spent five nights at InterContinental-affiliated hotels. While the InterContinental Yining was consistently reliable and a solid 'A-student' stay, the Indigo Narat was by far the most delightful surprise and the one I'd love to revisit. During this Ili trip, I also stayed at the popular Tangbula for a night, in a stargazing B&B that cost over 3,000 yuan. To be honest, only the natural scenery was impressive; the overall experience, details, and cultural ambiance were quite mediocre. But Indigo Narat was completely different. It genuinely integrates Kazakh grassland culture into the hotel's details. It's not a chaotic, cheap, 'influencer-style' mishmash of ethnic patterns, but rather restrained, clean, and sophisticated, making it incredibly pleasant to the eye. The hotel is full of thoughtful and captivating details: the wooden grilles echo the rhombic frame of a yakhata (felt tent), the woven wall art features Kazakh felt rug patterns, the in-room minibar is shaped like a traditional nomadic wooden chest, and the horn motifs on the pillows and carpets are subtly elegant. The entire space uses local pine, red travertine, and coarse wool, creating a cohesive, tranquil, and relaxed atmosphere where you can truly feel the intentional design. I stayed in a Grassland Courtyard room, and stepping out, I was just a few paces from the grassland itself. It truly felt like living within the scenery, not just observing it from afar, which is a rare and wonderful 'in-situ' experience. The dining was also the best I had throughout my entire Ili trip. The breakfast offered a rich variety of authentic dishes; the salty milk tea, homemade yogurt, and plain boiled lamb were all delicious, made with fresh, genuine ingredients. The coffee beans were of excellent quality, which was a huge plus for someone like me who can't start the day without coffee. Finally, I must commend the entire hotel service team—they were meticulous, gentle, and incredibly responsive. From check-in, the entire experience was exceptional. A special thank you to Mila, who followed up on my needs throughout my stay; she was incredibly considerate. The front desk check-in was warm and seamless, and the young lady at the welcome snack bar was particularly gentle and patient with children. The housekeeping team's efficiency was beyond compare—water delivery, children's amenities, meal and afternoon tea yogurt/daily fruit deliveries were all handled promptly multiple times. This is the best service team I've encountered in any hotel. My itinerary was too tight to remember everyone's names, but the dedication of each staff member was truly palpable. In Narat, the grassland is a gift of nature, but the 'in-situ' experience, gentle details, and cultural atmosphere are the unique surprises that Indigo offers. I genuinely loved it, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Ili. I hope to have even more wonderful experiences then: a riverside sunset dinner, kids' DIY baked buns, Kazakh painting crafts, grassland yoga, ethnic dance experiences, and parent-child stream exploration activities..."

"I highly recommend the Naraty Nianhua Bay Hayin Sai Resort Hotel! The hotel is situated right within the scenic area, which is a fantastic location as it saves you from commuting back and forth to the park entrance every day. This makes it super convenient to catch the sunrise over the grasslands in the morning and enjoy the sunset in the evening. The courtyard-style B&B design has a wonderful Kazakh feel. The rooms are clean and spacious, with floor heating and air conditioning throughout, and excellent facilities. You can see the grasslands and distant mountains right from your window, making for great photo opportunities. I must give a special shout-out to our butler, Zati! His service was attentive and impeccable throughout our stay. Before we even checked in, he proactively contacted us, meticulously explained the scenic area's routes and shuttle bus stops, and even shared many hidden local gems for us to visit. Any requests we had at the hotel were met with incredibly quick responses, and he patiently answered all our questions with warmth and sincerity. Having Zati help plan our itinerary saved us so much hassle and truly elevated our travel experience. The resort also offers free shuttle services within the park, a distinctive restaurant, and even bonfire activities in the evenings. If you're looking for an immersive experience of the Naraty Grasslands, this place is definitely a top choice. I'll choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

The cleanliness standards are through the roof – the floors and bathroom gleam, with absolutely no dampness or strange odors. "The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was comfortable. They even gave us a fruit platter and yogurt from Nalati, which was a nice touch. The service was top-notch, and parking was convenient. The only downside was that the breakfast selection didn't quite live up to the hotel's standards; there weren't many options, and the servers weren't quick enough to clear tables after previous guests."

"There are many B&Bs near the Narati scenic area, and this one is ranked first, so it naturally has its unique qualities. The hotel's design and rooms are exceptional, with a distinctive style. The rooms also have an exotic feel. My favorite feature was the large bathtub; after a day of sightseeing, a soak completely melted away my fatigue. The hotel uses Acqua di Parma toiletries and provided complimentary fruits, snacks, and soft drinks. In the evening, there was a bonfire party with free-flowing beer, lamb skewers, singing, dancing, and even fireworks. I highly recommend this hotel. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir gift of nuts."

"This guesthouse feels like a hidden gem! The cleanliness is top-notch – no dust on the tables, no stains on the floor, and even the corners are spotless. The facilities are comprehensive and all very new. The service is warm and prompt; they provide free hot water and winter essentials, and are always ready to help with any request. The room's large floor-to-ceiling window directly faces a snowy landscape, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beautiful scene of snow falling on the grassland right from your bed."

"It is located between a number of homestays, but it can make people feel independent, green distant mountains, clear rivers, lush forests, down-carpet grass, everything you hope to encounter in Nalati can be found in this design-full homestay. Room: clean and hygienic, with a sense of design, taking into account the characteristics of American and Kazakh folk customs; environment: excellent overlooking scenery + a large yard full of characteristics, enough to make people aftertaste for a long time; Service: Super intimate butler service, super emotional value, the elderly and children in the family are coaxed into a mouth...; dining: fresh and delicious ingredients, excellent chef skills, light and comfortable taste. Enjoy the ride: the jockey will accompany you throughout the journey, and can meet the needs of customers of all ages. Ono afternoon tea: delicious national specialty snacks, must try; highly recommended a homestay, I don't know what it will become in the future, but at least at this moment, it is a holiday destination I am willing to visit every year."

"Extremely satisfied with this B&B: 1. It's a convenient 15-minute drive from the scenic area, and they have their own parking lot. 2. The service was incredibly warm and helpful; they even assisted us with booking self-driving tickets at 7:30 AM. 3. The room was spotless, and great care was taken in selecting the bedding and toiletries. 4. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent quality. I highly recommend the Spicy Chicken for dinner – there's absolutely no need to look for a restaurant elsewhere. 5. It has its own charming courtyard directly facing the scenic area."
