The Regent Taipei (Jinghua Jiudian) is located in the city's financial, shopping and art center, Close to Chifeng Street, Dadaocheng and Nanjing West Road shopping district.offering guests convenient access to the Zhongshan Metro Station. From this hotel, about a 15-minute drive takes guests to the Songshan Airport. The spacious guestrooms at this Taipei hotel come complete with both wired and wireless Internet access. Additionally, there are eight kinds of pillows for guests to choose from. In terms of dining, guests may enjoy Japanese food at Mihan Honke, Sichuan and Cantonese dishes at the Silks House or international flavors at the Brasserie. After a day of travel or work, guests may relax in the spa. To burn off some calories, guests may work out at the fitness center.Convenient Public Transport information: Taipei City Sightseeing Blue Line Bus Stop located right in front of our hotel.

"The Regent is thoroughly an amazing experience regardless of if you’re with family, friends, or a solo traveler. The room is incredibly spacious and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and view of the city. The windows offer a great amount of natural light as well of a view of the city. There’s a well-sized desk too if you, like me, had to do some work during the day. The location itself is close to many other hotels and nearby to a station so transportation and local services are easy and possible. However, while locations like Ximending or Taipei 101 are not too far, it’s also not right outside. From some rooms, you can even see Taipei 101! Nonetheless, the area where the hotel is situated is incredibly quiet, clean, and relaxing. The service was, by far, the highlight of the entire experience. From the moment you walk in the door, there are an incredible amount of helpful and kind attendants to assist and guide you. There was not a single negative experience I could write about. As an international solo traveler, I felt well accommodated to. There are an incredible amount of amenities to make use of. Restaurants, bars, pools, spas, shopping! All within the confines of the hotel. If you’re more of a homebody rather than an explorer, that experience is definitely possible here. The food was amazing and the decor is simply decadent. Overall, it was an amazing stay with minimal to no qualms."

The Michelin Cantonese restaurant Le Palais, which has maintained its prestigious recognition for seven consecutive years, adds a unique charm to Palais de Chine Hotel. Positioned as an international luxury hotel, Palais de Chine provides an elegant environment that blends refined aesthetics with personalized, attentive service for both business and leisure travelers from around the world. The guest rooms feature elegant and functional European-style designs, equipped with advanced smart room systems, communication facilities, and audiovisual equipment, ensuring a comfortable and efficient stay for every guest. The hotel’s dining options also include Ciao, The Sicilian Steakhouse, which embodies the essence of Italian slow dining—encouraging guests to savor premium cuts and fine wine in a relaxed and indulgent atmosphere, delivering a truly exceptional five-sense travel experience.

"This hotel is true old fashioned luxury… I booked a last minute trip to Taipei for a week stay and looked at many hotels. This was a really good price, found on *******. Didn’t pay too much attention other than location and features. Well, I can’t believe my luck. It’s a 5 star hotel with a 3 Star Michelin restaurant upstairs. The most incredible buffet breakfast (definitely worth getting this included in the room if you can spare the few extra $) - absolutely every food imaginable is on offer - and top quality, fresh ingredients, all made fresh. The bathroom attached to the breakfast room alone is worth a shout out - pure luxury. Their gym is fantastic, everything you need in a hotel gym. And location is excellent - handy to train and within walking distance of so many beautiful sights and great places to eat. Can’t recommend highly enough. Their clean green focus is also a wonderful feature - they provide glass bottles that you can fill with fresh purified water. My room came with complimentary access to the Salon lounge - a gorgeous space with some snacks and drinks where you can hang out or get some work done. A really nice option if you don’t want to work in your hotel room. If i ever make it back to Taipei, this will without a doubt be my hotel of choice. (These are photos that definitely don’t do justice - breakfast buffet, breakfast room bathroom, view from gym treadmill)"

The Hotel provides free shuttle bus service every 20 to 30 minutes, and it is eight minutes’ drive from Yuanshan MRT Station, ten minutes’ drive from Shilin Night Market and a 15-minute drive from Taipei Station and Songshan Airport. Taoyuan International Airport is about 60 minutes’ drive away. The hotel offers free parking and Wi-Fi access in public areas.

"This was the most unforgettable night of my entire trip to Taiwan. After staying in five different hotels, the Grand Hotel definitely ranks number one for me. The service attitude was excellent; the luggage staff helped with my bags as soon as I got out of the car, and then brought them to my room after check-in. Their smiles were warm, and their service was very professional. The front desk service was equally impressive, upgrading my room and adding a small, simple touch – two swans folded from towels on the bed – which was a pleasant surprise. The Grand Hotel truly offers a blend of professionalism and warmth. While the facilities might not be the absolute best, I believe their service and professionalism are on par with world-class luxury hotels. The shuttle service at Yuanshan Station makes transportation quite convenient. From my room, I could see Taipei 101 and planes taking off from Songshan Airport. The soundproofing was excellent; it wasn't noisy at all. Five stars don't even begin to express my praise for this hotel. If I have another chance to visit Taipei, the Grand Hotel will still be my top choice."
