"I don't know of any other hotel that is as wonderful and perfect as this. We stayed here on our honeymoon. They prepared a surprise for us, and we never had to wait in line for the cafe. The room had high ceilings, was kept clean, and we could see the Opera House from the window. Everything was perfect. There was always a doorman on hand, so we were able to start and end our day beautifully. It's located in the city center, so sightseeing is easy to do. I'd like to visit here every time we have an anniversary. Thank you so much for a wonderful time."

It's right across the street from the airport line and a major metro interchange (U1, U3, U4 lines), just a short walk to the tram, and has a bus stop right outside. Getting to all the city's attractions is incredibly convenient, whether by metro or on foot. The room size is quite generous for a European hotel, and best of all, they offer free extra beds, making it perfect for families. The breakfast is a step up from your average continental fare. While the hotel facilities aren't luxurious, considering the unbeatable location and price, I highly recommend it!"

"Compared to another Hilton Garden Inn, this one features a more classic style decor. Its location is super convenient, with a bus stop right outside and the subway station also very close by. Plus, it's near the Central Cafe. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff were quite friendly. My only minor complaint was that the shower was located inside the bathtub, which felt a bit dated."

"The service and the room setting are good. Although they arrange the room that is the last room. They help me to pick luggage before checking in and after checking out! The bathroom is fine. But you need to get how to have a shower more easily. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is the best. Finally, the reception always helped me to charge my mobile phone and power bank batteries. The reception cares my safety and help me to confirm the car picked me correct or not. Well done. Safe trip!"

"I specifically booked a room with a view, expecting to see the Belvedere Palace as advertised, but it turns out it's quite a distance away. It's also a 10-minute walk from the train station, which was particularly challenging on the second day when it snowed, as the path involves crossing several intersections. Here's a food tip: if you cross the public garden opposite the hotel, there's a fantastic restaurant. We ate there two days in a row and didn't repeat a dish. Their grilled ribs and pan-fried salmon are definitely worth trying! **Facilities:** The equipment is quite new, and both the bathroom and vanity area are spacious. **Service:** They provide sparkling water, but you have to ask the front desk for disposable toothbrushes. We realized we didn't have any after returning from the opera, but they delivered them promptly after we called, which is what you'd expect from a star-rated hotel."

"First off, I have to say the Trip.com platform service was surprisingly excellent! They helped coordinate an early check-out due to special circumstances, and it was very efficient. Now, about the InterContinental Vienna. I'm not even going to mention the outdated facilities, tiny rooms, or inconvenient location. What really got to me was the staff – from the service personnel to the room service and the lobby bar – everyone had a cold demeanor, and they even seemed annoyed when I made a purchase. Absolutely no sense of hospitality. The breakfast? Let's just say it was barely passable; a 35-euro standard breakfast felt more like a 3.5-euro experience. It's definitely not suitable for families with children, maybe just barely for tour groups. I rarely leave reviews, but this time, I really want to warn everyone to avoid this place."

"We came to Vienna for a few days and stayed at The Grand Ferdinand. It's a majestic and beautifully designed hotel. The breakfasts are superb, and the service is excellent; the staff helps with everything and everyone is smiling. There's a pool on the 8th floor with a wonderful view of the city. The hotel is located in the center of Vienna, which is very convenient. We were very happy with our choice. We thank the hotel for the quality service, but the sink next to the bed isn't very practical."

"The hotel is in a great location accessible by tram. As a Gold Elite member, I also received a complimentary upgrade from the base room to a junior suite as well as other welcome gifts. Breakfast was served à la carte, and the amenities were great. One small critique is that reception and guest services were often too busy to answer calls, requiring us to go down to the lobby for assistance. But overall, we had a very delightful and comfortable stay."

"A decent hotel with a great location. However, the room cleaning was subpar. More strikingly, there are 25 beehives on the hotel roof, and a massive swarm of bees had congregated on the terrace directly under a sun umbrella. When we requested the bees be removed from the terrace, it quickly became clear that the bees were prioritized over guests. They strung us along with promises for two days while supposedly dealing with them, and even after that, a significant number of bees continued to swarm on the terrace for quite some time. This whole situation was utterly unsatisfactory and left a very poor impression of the hotel's management. We will definitely be choosing a different hotel for our next stay."
