Viver, very pleased to come across of this small, but comfortable Hotel. Especially you were pleased with The staff of this Hotel friendly, open with a good humour, already to help you in no respects business lunch was very good, not much choice but everything what we had was very tasty and prepared with the love. You wouldn’t expect in such small Hotel for such small way to have a lovely swimming pool. The only thing it was not as good as could be was the rooms gloomy with a small window, with the flies all around and not very clean. They have to Renova them and I think they’re in the process they wish them good luck and the sense our things.

The amenities in the bathroom were covered in dust. It looks like they have been put there for a long time. The location is within walking distance of the Karnak Temple, but there are no restaurants around the hotel, so we have to go towards the Luxor Temple.

After the craziness of Cairo it was nice to walk into a place that felt more relaxed and homely. The staff were all very kind. Best part about this place was the food. The cook went above and beyond to cater for us. Very large portions at a reasonable price. Would recommend if you’re after somewhere more budget with a homely feel.

The hotel has a good location. The room was not luxurious but reasonably clean. Hot water comes out well and AC works well. The biggest reason to choose this hotel is that the staff are very friendly. Also the breakfast was reasonably good. After a hot day of travel, it's great to swim in the pool. The boss of the hotel offered an affordable tour, which I liked very much. I want to say thank you.

Upon check in I was charged by USD. But I informed them that I’m from country not using USD. Ok, they convert to be Egyptian pond. The location is good. Breakfast is ok but not variety. The room is good for the price as I paid.

Room is ok I booked King bed I got twin beds… I requested room with good view but I got room with blocked view. My friend no requested for nice view, they got a good view Pyramid view. I don’t know how they worked. The food so bad, I ordered seafood pizza, I got pizza with awful shrimps and crab. It’s not nice. Upon check out the reception offered taxi to the airport at 50 USD, quite expensive. I used Uber only 250 Egyptian ponds. I have no idea this country they trying to cheat on you every single time.Kind of dishonest always. Please don’t trust anything, just check before confirm. Step out from hotel, you will see plenty of a lot of taxi making you so stressed and annoying. Thank you

Nice place to stay with very relaxing gardens after a long day of touring, the hotel could do with an uplift. Shower didn’t really work and just felt dated and a bit uncared for A has great potential.

Convenience of check-in: Easy. Just give your name upon entering and they'll arrange check-in. If you knock on the door late at night, someone will come and open it. Security: Just a regular door lock, it's fine. Facilities: Typical 1990s Chinese guesthouse level. The shower drain was clogged and wouldn't drain. The heater was broken on the first day, and I was freezing. Cleanliness: The clogged drain was a bit disgusting. Environment: Average. There was some music playing inexplicably at night and early in the morning. Service: Service response was a bit slow. After reporting a problem, it took half an hour and multiple calls before someone came to help. However, if I had to choose, I would still stay here again because everything here feels pretty much the same, unless you stay in a chain hotel.

Check-in took a very long time, and I couldn't find my booking confirmation. I was almost ready to cancel and request a refund from the website when I finally found it. Check-in then took an extremely long time; the efficiency was terrible. The hotel room was a bit run-down, and the bedding looked old and hadn't been recently changed. Regarding the service, the uncle who greeted us in the morning was nice but kept trying to sell us things. The female receptionist had a poor attitude and was very rude to our friends. I won't stay here again… The courtyard environment was nice, though, and it had a swimming pool.

The atmosphere is great, the breakfast is delicious, the rooms are clean and the showers are good. There is a toilet and a pool, but it's dirty so you can't go in. Free coffee.

Very good service, the boss is very enthusiastic, you can book a hot air balloon at the hotel, 1500 Egyptian pounds, the price is OK
