這次來廬山旅遊，入住廬山雲尚居客棧，最大的感受就是服務，前台的女孩服務熱情周到，為我們解答所提出的問題，剛一到酒店就把廬山的線路圖送給我們，並在路線圖上標註了，第一天的觀光車路線和第二天的觀光車路線，及觀光車的地點，去景點的路線講的非常清楚，另外還有接送服務，使我們這次廬山旅遊開心，非常順利，再次感謝她們的服務，下次再來還要入住該酒店。

酒店距離廬山頂索道站和旅遊觀光車樞紐站都很近，酒店還有接送索道服務，便捷很多很多哈😊
房間雖然不大但乾淨衞生，服務熱心，給你講解廬山旅遊景點的路線及其注意事項。周邊環境很好，吃喝玩都比較強，一次入住舒適很好的體驗。

衞生比較乾淨！洗浴用品全部都是一次性的！前台小姐姐非常可愛禮貌，小哥哥來回接送索道口，貼心拎行李，臨退房還送意外驚喜廬山茶餅！真的感覺很好，出門吃飯，逛街很方便！

服務很好，接送，幫忙拿行李，前台很温柔。我的感受就是軟件彌補硬件的不足，衞生差，衞生間上黴了，床單上也有污漬，隔音非常差，一晚上吵醒很多次，空調吵得沒辦法開，衹好關了睡，床墊睡的人腰痠背痛，感覺花469住了一個雜物間。實在是過年期間，不然真不能貪便宜。

位置很好，正街口，服務可以給五星了，我們去的第二天小孩就發燒了，本想問一下前台醫院在哪裡？她説可以讓司機送我們去，輸完液七八點了，又下雨，山上打不到車，沒辦法又給酒店打電話，司機小哥二話沒説馬上過來接，很不好意思，本想給個油錢，小哥執意不要。今年跑了幾個地方，延安，大理，麗江，廬山，衹有廬山的人最熱情，印象非常好，還沒離開已經把這個酒店推薦給身邊朋友了。
