今天續住，房間設施齊全，明亮乾淨，智能馬桶、機器人送餐非常方便，酒店最大的亮點就是最後兩張照片，抽紙 捲紙都是整包沒拆包的，乾淨衞生，不像其他酒店抽紙都是散放在盒子裏，還有客房服務的周姐，人非常好，住三天我需要一張椅子馬上就送到房間，後面兩天按時送來房間標配的物資（因為我沒讓她們打掃房間）

衞生：房間很乾凈，很新。
環境：睡覺沒有噪音，很安靜，整個酒店看起來都很温馨，很乾凈
設施：洗衣房很大，大廳和餐廳也很寬敞，早餐也很豐富、味道也贊
服務：前台的服務很熱情，入住時還問我們需不需要吃冰淇淋，洗了衣服還會主動幫忙疊放好，行李寄存時還會主動幫我們放行李箱，走時前台小哥也會主動幫我們拿行李。
這個酒店是我旅途中服務態度最好的酒店，以後有機會來洛陽一定還住這家！

大堂明亮整潔，設計簡約流暢。服務人員友善親切，客服阿姨熱情友好，打掃很乾凈。酒店各種設施滿足出門在外的需求。房內空調挺好的，免費使用的洗衣機和烘乾機為旅客提供了不少便利，早餐不錯。

整體很乾凈有序 雖然房間臨街但雙層窗隔音很好 位置距離商廈一個公里內 旁邊就有小超市和飯店 很方便 前台服務很好 給我們免費升房而且態度也很好 還有免費飲料和小禮品 整個來説體驗感很好 節假日出遊寧願住這種安靜點的酒店也不建議住景點附近
