New hotel Good quality food, great amenities with perfect location

It was a very pleasant experience in Kinshasa. The place is new, and everything is amazing. Very clean, very friendly staff, and the service is outstanding.

The rooms are nice but the hotel is located too close to the operating pier.

Come for business regularly to Kinshasa and have stayed at different hotels. The staff at the hotel has the best customer service. A special thx to reception staff in particular Elaine as well as the restaurant team and the Indian chefs that took good care of all our team. The rooms are nice and modern as well as very clean. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay in this luxurious hotel. I’m leaving in the middle for 11 years and I can confirm the standard in Hilton Kinshasa is similar to the 5 stars I check in to in the Arabic Peninsula. Good service and new building well maintained. I used the gym, the swimming pool and the La Vue club.

The hotel was comfortable, the staff was very accommodating. It was conveniently located in the downtown with lots of safety for foreign travelers. They had plenty of places to meet with friends and colleagues and plenty of places to have meals and coffee.

I have visited Kinshasa in August 2024 for my business visit for a project in my company. I have booked Hilton Kinshasa for my stay. Its a new property and very well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay. Being pure vegetarian, I was looking for some good Indian food. I just realised it is a franchise owned by Indian and have lots of India working including chefs. I had support from Check Charanjeet, Anand, Nishant and Umang who ensured me a good delicious pure veg food as and when I wanted. I got some good customised food for myself. Thank you Hilton, it was wonderful staying with you.

Hotel Hilton in Kinshasa is an exceptional place. It boasts a modern design and most importantly, you feel extremely safe here. The hotel's ambiance is truly unique, offering both comfort and style. A special thank you to Guest Relations Manager Imane, who is remarkable and always ready to assist with any needs or questions. ♥️♥️♥️ Pedro, the restaurant manager by the pool, is incredibly friendly and attentive. The waitstaff on the second floor are also very kind and professional. You can truly sense their seamless teamwork and dedication to providing excellent service. Overall, Hotel Hilton offers a memorable and secure stay with outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. The gym is very well equipped. Francine, the hostess, was particularly outstanding. Not only did she excel at her job, but she also went above and beyond to assist me. As one of the few staff members who spoke English, her help was invaluable.

Super helpful staff, fabulous restaurant and kitchen team who do everything possible to provide delicious meals at any time of the day or night. The hotel is brand new, well maintained and all the staff are very kind, friendly and easy going. The Indian menu is excellent - one of the best I’ve enjoyed - and the chefs are happy to prepare items not on the menu just because you like them! Can’t praise these guys enough! While hotel is not inexpensive, you get world class service and a very comfortable, clean and very well appointed place to stay as a refuge from the extraordinary energy and Brownian motion that engulfs Kinshasa.
