Chozos Resort

Incredible place and service !! the ambience is amazing and very well located. We would love to come back and stay for a longer period. The room is great and the amenities and room service also splendid. The wineries around are also great so is a perfect spot to visit and dinner in the area.

We spent three perfect days in Chozos. The resort is peaceful and comfortable. The facilities and level of service were definitely 5 star. The staff were friendly, welcoming and genuine.Renzo arranged all the transfers and birthday surprises for us.The two bedroom chozo is perfect for a holiday with friends.

The best place we stayed in Mendoza, and one of the best in Argentina! The service is exceptional, the area is spectacular, the breakfast is the most delicious we got during our trip! We will definitely come back and try glamping ad well. 100% recomended!💚

A gorgeous place with a massive view to the Argentinian Alpes! The room is super comfortable, with a great bathroom, comfy beds, a great shower, beautiful decoration, and a lot of functionalities, especially in the kitchen. It has a lovely small pool for afternoon wine drinking with that stunning view. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is really attentive (kudos to Renzo for the service!). The only downside is that it's really far from everything, so get a car or driver to go there and plan ahead, especially at night because you only have room service there.

The hotel is beautiful, fantastic setting, the rooms are very stylish and comfortable and the service was very personalized and detailed oriented. The team took care of everything to make our stay super special. We had a fantastic time and would love to be back!

Wonderful hotel, rooms are huge and beautifully decorated (we had a double), location is quiet and serene, and the staff makes an effort to help out in every way. Brand new, but already recomendable.

BEWARE! The hotel DOES NOT uses THE OFFICIAL PESOS EXCHANGE TO US DOLLARS (BNA). This policy is NOT THE STANDARD of argentine hotels. In their own words, they do all the exchanges with "DOLAR TURISTA". After the final charge, the hotel is much more expensive than it looks when you make the reservation but they are not transparent about it.

The hotel is currently under construction and looks like it will be for the next few years and it's noisy. The internet connection is extremely unstable. It's very remote, and the view from our room was of the construction site instead of the expected vineyards. They take advantage of its remote location. There's another restaurant nearby, a 10-minute walk away. The hotel told us it was fully booked, but we walked by, and it was empty. The hotel's restaurant is open for lunch with expensive menu prices ranging from 80 to 95 USD per person. In the evening, you can order inedible frozen oily pizzas to your room for USD 25 per pizza. For breakfast if you order more quantity than stipulated you need to pay. It's a disaster how they exploit the guests. We stayed at three other hotels in Mendoza, and all of them had reasonable prices and good food.

Our stay at Chozos Resort was my favorite stay at any resort or hotel in any country. It is a short drive outside of Mendoza, but they have everything you could want on the property, and with the attention they give, you truly feel like you are the only people at the resort. They addressed us all by name throughout our stay, and the property is so beautiful and relaxing you would not want to stay anywhere else. Everyone we encounter was friendly and we appreciated the fact that they spoke English, because our Spanish is not good! We showed up before check-in time and were greeted with a glass of wine by all of the staff. Since we had not eaten, they quickly made us a meat & cheese tray, empanadas, and a salad, and we were able to relax on the patio while they delivered our luggage to our room along with a bottle of wine. When we got to our 2-bedroom villa the refrigerator was stocked with plenty of drinks for our stay and it was replenished often. The furnishing and decorations were very nice and the entire place was spotless, even though the zonda winds had covered the place in dirt the day before. Javier made sure everything was taken care of on the entire trip. He had Debra schedule our tours of wineries, making sure they were in English, and all the transportation we needed. She was able to find an amazing place for us to have dinner at the last minute and she took us there herself. Charly showed us around the entire property on the way to our villa, and when we needed an umbrella for our patio or anytime we wanted a fire made, it was quickly done. On the day we departed we had an early flight, so they delivered everything we needed for breakfast the night before so we could have it whenever we were ready in the morning. They arrived at our room on time to take us back to the airport and helped us with all of our luggage. This is a place you definitely do not want to miss when visiting Mendoza.
