I was pleased to spend three wonderful days at the Hotel Firenze in Lugano and I couldn't be more enthusiastic than my experience. This charming hotel has really made my stay unforgettable in all respects. Since I reached the threshold, I was welcomed with a warm smile from the professional and courteous staff. Their attention to details and dedication to make sure that all my needs were met made my stay very pleasant from the beginning. The hotel restaurant is a real treasure for the kitchen lovers. Each meal I enjoyed was a unique culinary experience. The dishes were prepared with fresh and quality ingredients, and the staff were careful to my food preferences. Candlelight dinners in the inner courtyard added (on request) a touch of romanticism to my evenings. The location of the Hotel Firenze is simply invidiable. The walks along the lake and visits to local boutiques have been a key part of my experience. But what really made my stay at the Hotel Firenze so special was the sincere and careful attention of the staff. In addition to providing good services, they have made every interaction a pleasant and familiar moment, as if I was home away from home. In the end, my three-day stay at the Hotel Firenze in Lugano was simply perfect. I was not only able to enjoy a accommodation in one of Switzerland's most attractive cities, but also found a shelter where comfort, hospitality and elegance are combined with a unique experience.

Just beside the cable car station. The cable car takes three minutes to the train station. The hotel has a free cable car card. Warm, warm, free drinks and drinks in the lobby. Wangzhong is quiet. Súper decent hotel outstanding staff my stay here with my family was wonderful and comfortable. The best thing about a vacation is to rest well and have a delicious breakfast and this hotel has it all, a first class service, with high quality care, I have to mention what caught my attention the most was the hygiene at breakfast time is very Important for me. And we booked the terrace room, in the PL floor, lawn, recliner, lake view, sunset... After all, it belongs to the Italian-speaking area, so the staff looks more like a passionate Italian. When checking in, there will be a welcoming welcome drink and a coupon to print the name of the occupant. The blonde glasses sister at the front desk will send us to the room and introduce the hotel facilities and opening hours all the way. At the moment of opening the door, I was shocked. The room area is not limited to the 24 square meters marked on the website. It is so big... Once the bedroom is in another room, the living room will be very spacious. The large writing desk is convenient for me to open the computer to process the mail. In the living room, two pull-down children's beds are hidden, which is suitable for a family of four. Compared to the balcony room upstairs, the room with its own garden terrace feels more like a house, lake view, and unobstructed view. Gym, sauna, bar, nightlife, choice. The first 2 items are free. When you leave, go to Foxtown and sweep the goods.

What a surprise. Entrance, garage, check-in were so easy. But there was another big surprise: we were upgraded to a Suite. Room and bathroom were prefect and clean. The restaurant food was very good. There is a nice terrace overlooking the large swimming pool. The staff was very professional and extremely friendly. Breakfast was a very well appointed buffet. The location was perfect for us. Not too far from the freeway without the drawbacks and not too far from Lugano that can be reached in less than half hour. We highly recommend this hotel.

The room is very good, the room is facing the lake, the scenery is very good, but unfortunately there is no time. The most dissatisfied is the front desk clerk. I feel unfriendly to the Chinese and the tone is really hard. Is this a five-star waiter? ?

Hotel Caroline is a work in progress already a beautiful setting for a quiet break. Lucy and Dan, our hosts, are an amazing couple, welcoming, friendly and enthusiastic. It felt like we had become family over the course of the weekend. Manfredo was terrific at breakfast and his seamless command of many languages was something to behold. Lucy and Dan have a clear vision for what they want to offer and I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel... I will be back.
