早上電話要兩瓶水，被警示一天衹有兩瓶。感覺這些女接待是不是給酒店老闆倒米的，至於麼？離店時候，因為早餐抵扣券的問題，都想着算了，遇到一個男前台，服務意識就很強，幫忙解決問題，總算感受到一點被服務的温暖。十五樓的女主管態度也很好。
