Radisson Blu Hotel, Ludhiana

Terrible front desk. I am not considering the hotel again because of the inefficient and elegant manner of the front desk. Also the supports from Trip.com is terrible, they have no shame to tell me they failed to get contact with the hotel.

The location was good as beside a mall, is convenient. But the service is slow. Room is just nice.

I have booked highest category room and paid nearly 18k per night which I feel like not worth it as there were no hot water. Staff came to fix the issue and issue was resolved for one bath and second day when I giving bath to my kids and end up taking bath with cold water. I have informed the reception and housekeeping staff to clean my room properly and place face towel, hand towel and bath towel but nothing been placed except one hand towel and one bath towel. Bathroom Rubbish bin was not cleared as well. Alarm buzz at 6am which was set up by previous guest. Sleeping at 1am and waking up at 6 because of hotel fault. And it’s super hard to put the kids back on sleep 🙄. I have reminded the reception staff twice to pre check the room for my room move as in my previous room which was also one of the another suite room YouTube wasn’t working . Although it is hotel responsibility to check the room if it is ready to go. But nothing been checked. I have to call many times if I need something in my room. I highly suggest hotel to learn and teach the meaning of comfortable stay. I have wasted my money for paying executive suite and junior suite.

Good hotel amazing location and beautiful people, only bad thing staff speaks Hindi, they should speak Panjabi or English. Foreigners don't know hindi.

I have stayed in this hotel several times in the last 10 years. Always the best place to stay. Tried and tested. Price is a bit expensive and went up in recent times but overall an excellent place to stay.

We r totally disappointed in our booking n stay at Radisson Blu Ludiana as from the moment,we checked in abt 4 pm due to heavy traffic,we were facing non stop problems n issues. First,was the air-conditioning was out,then the power,n then room phones out n 1 hour later bathroom showers all broken n flooded the toilet,n the safe deposit not working n the tv. All these one after another n our plans to go out shopping n dinner n doing laundry all affected. We had to be in the room n abt 8 pm the front office asked we want to change room but we were to exhausted n totally dissatisfied n disappointed. I hope you wil do smetg about it n when we requested they at least help us with our laundry they sril charge n gove 10% discount!! We didnt take it. Thank you.We paid so much n get such horrible services.checked in at abt 4 plus to 5 n checked out at 9 30am nxt day. Thank you Manjit Kaur
