"We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming, thoughtful, and helpful. However, we do have a concern regarding the room. The air conditioning unit is old and the water pressure for hot water is poor and it is only in the morning that there is hot water. Additionally, the room we stayed in is old, and the floorboards and doors creak. Finally, the swimming pool is cold and not regularly cleaned. The breakfast was good.
On the positive side, the location is great. Overall, we had a good stay."

The room is big but the furniture is already old and have stain . Breakfast is just normal nothing special.

Came early about 11am from a far away place. kindly asked for early check in or room is available, but first said there were no rooms available. Asked again as i was just waiting in lobby, new reason was i need to pay 70% of the fee for early check in. Third time i asked again cause i saw some people checking out, he said rooms will be available at 1pm with no charge. Trying my luck as it’s already 12nn and really wanted to rest and eat as i came from a far away place and long drive, i asked again and this time i said im willing to pay extra just to rest now. Voila! Room will be ready in 5 min! Anyways, went up, room is clean, just the bathtub drain not working properly, breakfast is plated but is ok.

The hotel is near to the place of my brothers meeting. It has a huge parking lot, a pool and the room was clean. Staff was accommodating to our request. Kudos to you guys. We'll surely be back again. Thank you

Total disappointment.
Nice hotel as in picture.
Supposedly to be a great stay but upon arrival we were told room not available.
Refund is one thing.. That's our $
But being stranded on arrival is another annoying issue.

The location is good. The room is clean. The buffet breakfast is also good. I booked 2 superior rooms for overnight stay on May 6 to 7. We encountered 2 incidents that happened when we were already on our deep sleep because we came from a long travel and was really tired, but was disturbed when a hotel staff knocked on our door at around 12:30 AM asking us if we ordered mineral water which we never did. And the other incident happened on the room of my brother wherein they were already sleeping but disturbed by a call from the reception around 1:00AM telling them if they are expecting a guests/visitors because there are visitors in the lobby but my brother didn't expect any guests . It was our first time to stay on this hotel and we were expecting a good and right service but unfortunately we experienced this kind of incidents. We also encountered problem on 1 superior room wherein TV is blurred and the aircon is not cold . They change the room to 1 single bed and just add a bed on the floor which for us is a downgrade.
