I checked in late in the evening expecting a smooth and quick process after a long day of travel. Unfortunately, the check-in was very slow, and the amount of paperwork and questions required felt excessive for a hotel stay. I was asked detailed questions about where I came from, the reason for my visit, and where I would go next, which honestly made the experience feel more like airport immigration than hotel reception. The room itself was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, I was surprised to find that basic amenities such as an iron and toothbrush were not available in the room. Considering the price of the stay, I expected a better level of convenience and overall value. One positive point worth mentioning is the staff member who kindly offered to iron my shirt. His helpful attitude and customer service stood out and left a much better impression. Overall, the hotel has potential because the cleanliness is good, but the guest experience and value for money could definitely be improved.

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel security was excellent, making for a worry-free stay. It's conveniently located for getting around. The restaurant's food was acceptable. The service was thoughtful, attentive, and enthusiastic, even offering currency exchange for small change and adapter borrowing services.

The newest hotel in Lubin, and my go-to whenever I'm on a business trip. The rooms are pretty much all the same and kept reasonably clean and tidy. It would be even more convenient if they provided bottled mineral water.
